Poor selection, I came in expecting the usual money opportunist to demonstrate what they had. I mentioned I was studying computer science and, was willing to pay for a laptop of good quality that had some level of power to it. I thought I found the perfect one a ASUS a52f. It ran windows 7 220/250 got them to leave it around 218. I had examined it to make sure all basic functions worked. It looked uncharged so I didnt mind the fact it was on a charger. However I was convinced to buy it after asking the employee if the battery worked she responded yes. I took it home stored it in a cool drawer for a bit, while I ran arrands. To my surprise I decided to put it on the charger and, realized the battery is good for nothing. I then remember the employee asking if I was going to turn off the laptop before closing it as I believe it would have prevented me from realizing the battery doesnt gain charge. It all came back to me and, as they have a no refund policy I now have to buy a new battery and, examine the machine to make sure nothing else is wrong or that its even the battery in the first place, not to mention I start classes on 8.18.16 in Digital Design Fundamentals as well as intro to algorithms. In all this is suppose to be a working computer and, was blatantly lied to in the store so I could spend, 218 on this, what was the point of marking it down if I now need a new battery. I am currently trying to figure out where the system logs are held to try and prove the battery was broken before I bought it; be assured when I find it I will go back and, demand a replacement because I took my trust in shopping with them, knowing that they always turn a profit off of undercutting the pawnee and, overselling the item. All I would ask for is either a working laptop of equal quality or a new battery. In my eyes the fact that they lied to me shows they are cheats who are unethical. Lesson learned I wont be buying from there anymore.

the 2 girls at the registers both the skinny and fat one , especially the fat one with long black hair is very rude, they both need to work on their costumer care and sense of urgency, the only positive thing i can say is the Hispanic man who is there in the mornings is very helpful and always fast passed in doing business with us , they dont offer you top dollar for the items you bring in and there store over all is small the building is just old and very messy but honestly if you had better Customer care and just a tad more sense of urgency it would make the world of difference to the folks who spend money on you all.

Who Cares

Took some jewelry there. They offered me only the price of the setting melted own and nothing for the value of the diamonds. ($3 for two pieces of jewelry when another store down the street gave me $200 for just the diamonds) Tried them again with a Mint condition electric bass guitar and amp still in the plastic. They offered me $30 saying that they sell for $60 online and they would have a hard time selling it. I sold it for $220 in 15 min on a web site this pawn shop uses. Know the value of your stuff so that a shady place like this can not rip you off.

Was looking for a deal on a tv and i went to four diferent pawnshop. On my way home after high prices and bad costumer service i end up at the Glendale Pawnshop i bougth a 40" led tv and a xbox 360 dor the price of a 32" tv at the other pawnshops!!! GREAT PLACE ,GREAT PRICES AND MORE IMPORTANT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Closes store early and then proceeds to lie and say they posted new hours on website...so i think to myself they changed their hours to close at 440 pm ? Ok so i go to website and low and behold another lie. Glad i did not do business with dishonest company. Blessing in disguise. Absolutely unprofessional. Thumbs down!

Love this place they are quick friendly and never rude i have came here several times, not only to pawn items but to buy items, they give me good prices either way i go, its good to walk into a business and feel like your business is wanted and this is exactly what they do !!
