I have read some of these reviews and I agree on the lines and the customers service and I have been coming here for like 3 years. I put up with this stuff and just ignored it because they were helping me out when I needed the financing of my items. I always took my stuff out when it was in pawn. So the reason for my review today was for the new financing charges that were brought into effect in july. I have had my stuff in pawn before this time and there was no mention of this new financing charge until you figure it out your self. I pawned some items back in May of this year and I needed to renew it. So I went to renew it and the finance charge was 76.00. I paid her for it and when I received my new ticket the finance charge was now 126.00. I asked her why she explained about a state wide change and there recommending you pay your item in the first 60 days cause finance charges go up an 11% on top of the first finance charge and the next time it will go up an extra 13% on top of the first two charges. If I would have known this in the beginning I would have not pawned my items or would have been prepared to pay the amount in the first 60 days. Since I was not aware of this change or given a heads up on there financing charge changes. I will probably loose my stuff in pawn which I have never let my pawn items fall through.

..My experience was one I will never forget and simply will no longer do business with SUPERPAWN ANYMORE... While looking for a Turkish Gold Chain for Fathers Day I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND BY THE MANAGER!!!! I WAS CALLED AN INDIAN AND ASKED OUT LOUD WHILE STANDING AT THE JEWELRY COUNTER IF I WAS LOOKING FOR "INDIAN JEWELRY???" IT WAS HURTFUL AND DISGUSTING .IDK WHAT HIS PROBLEM IS BUT TILL HE IS GONE I WONT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! EVERYONE ELSE THERE IS COURTEOUS AND GIVES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I WILL NOT DISCREDIT THE HARDWORKING PEOPLE BELOW THIS so called store manager ....

We went into buy a compressor and asked for a better deal on the sale price. Sharon then told us the item was mispriced and we wouldnt be able to buy it at the sale price. They should have owned up to there mistakes and given us the price that was marked on the tag. Overall it was a terrible experience with Sharon especially.

Welcome to the Bizzaroworld of pawn shops. The clerks here are too quick to assume that merchandise is stolen. If its too new they wont take it. If its too old (older than 6 months), they wont take it. Not the friendliest bunch here, either. Your best bet is to take it ANYWHERE ELSE before you consider coming here.

Maria is the ONLY reason i come here. Shes a good worker and gives the best deals. But as for the manager the "bald guy" he is so unprofessional i really hope you get a new manager for this location because i guarantee he loosing business with his lack of customer service..

worst customer service i have ever seen, the employees were horse-playing with each other while customers were waiting, and when i finally got to the counter i had to tell the girl 3 times what i wanted because she wouldnt pay attention to what i was telling her.
