These guys had a ham radio for 99$ it was over priced for an older model I asked if they had room to come down the girl at the store said she can go $60 but its as is and told me they test all there items and it works. Well I took it home tested it, it was bad :( took it back first thing said hey it was supposed to at least work! They said tuff luck its as is.... So basically "we got you sucker" total scumbag attitude and business! I would say not recommend this store to any one they are crooks!!!!! Go to 4500 ez pawn those guys are great with customer service and dont sell lemons and convince you they work and to buy them as is!!!!!!!

I hate dealing with this pawn shop at all. Ill go to any other EZ pawn besides this one. The employees are always very rude, they always try to give you very low prices for your items, I can always get my asking price at the other ones, and theyre not willing to work with you at all. I had a pawn up and was trying to make it there to pay it and got off work late, it was snowing and traffic was way bad so I called and asked if they would let me come in when they opened to pay it and they were very rude and told me to make it there that night otherwise its theirs. I will NEVER use this pawn again!

Ive been buying/pawning/selling stuff with EZ pawn for years, in Las Vegas. I have a 99% pick up rate. Went here with an item, was offered $100 for said item, accepted offer, then when he was about to cash out and the manager came over and said, nope well give you $50... Really?! I already agreed on a price with the employee and noe I get offered half my original offer! I went to another location and they gave me my asking price, no problem! Screw this place! Go to 4500 EZ pawn or the one in orem.

They helped me out when I had a problem with an expensive purchase. They didnt hesitate to get the management involved and solved the problem quickly when they could have just stuck me with a defective item. This was on a busy evening just before closing. Never ever get asking price.....rude employees none of which have a green card...managers are just as rude and belligerent!!!! NEVER GO HERE...i told them about the reviews id seen...they laughed then said "probably mad Meth users" and winked at me...smdh. I was appalled.
