Very bad business ethics and misleading emoloyees. Kevin, the ASM, verbally offered me $125 for my 2 month old Galaxy Tab S2 retailed at $690, Wireless keyboard $89.99 and black pleather folio case $69.99. First off, I understand the market is competitive or should be, and that products lose value after being used for only one day. Not my point here. I had the original box and all original contents inside. I asked him his honest opinion of what his competitors would potentially offer and he said "pretty much the same thing, maybe a little bit more." So I put faith in him and took his word. Gas, oil and tires expenses ad up so there was no point to drive around the city for a couple more bucks. I just got out of the hospital and so I am a little groggy. To my disadvantage, I did not pay attention and we were chatting while he did the transaction. When I got home, I realized the paperwork and the cash was $120. Wow. He got me for $5 but that is not the point. What is more important is that he was misleading, my quote changed without my knowledge and I signed paperwork trusting the amount disbursed to me would be that of what he told me. It clearly was not. I just reached out to 3 other pawn shops and the lowest quote I got over the phone was $160 (definitely more than a couple bucks away from $120) and the highest quote I got was $200. I wanted to share my experience with others so that they can do their homework before doing business with this company and if you elect to use Pawn 1, I would highly recommend to avoid the mistake I made (not paying attention) and ensure that when you leave you receive the amount of cash they 1st offer you. I am completely beside myself as to how misleading this business transaction was. In addition how I was low balled for my products. Unfortunately I will not be returning to do business other than to pick up my items and pay $172 to get them back.

This is by far the most ethical pawn shop I have ever dealt with ,The manager Kyle and all of his staff Yes have a job to do however they truly care about each and every one of their customers and that has been proven to me time and time again by the surprise location In fact Ive never been really big Im going to pawn shops it is this pawn shop and this manager Kyle and his staff specifically that has changed my perspective and outlook on upon shop they are here yes as a business but they do care about the Well-Being of each and every customer If youre in the pawn shops I would highly recommend you go to this pawn shop and check it out . Give Kyle and his staff an opportunity to earn your business you wont go wrong.

He looked up our items, gave us great prices on a loan, answered all of our questions, and was very quick in doing all of this. Very respectful and courteous! Came into this location looking to find an iPad for school. I was greeted immediately and was helped right away. I was lucky to find what I was looking for at a much cheaper price than I would have elsewhere. I had help from one of the managers, Devin. He helped me find the right item and was very kind in doing so. Great experience!

I went into this store to pawn a pair of Upper Deck autographed Michael Jordan shoes. These have been authenticated by Upper Deck and I had the hologram, autograph and the Upper Deck card that matched and these fools had no idea what they were dealing with. These people have no idea what anything is worth.

This pawn shop gives you the least amount of money for anything. I will never use them again for a sale or a loan. They are very unhelpful and would not recommend to anyone. Drive the extra distance to another establishment. I recommend ez pawn on bell rd. Near the 101.
