I usually have the worst experiences in pawnshops, either they completely ignore you when you walk in or they low ball you in items that you know have quite a bit of value. Shockingly once I drove to this shop right away I noticed how organized they are by the parking lot and the way they had things lined up outside. When I walked in I was hit with such a warm welcome by the 2 young ladies at the Counter . I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything because like I mentioned I usually have bad experiences. Not today ! I was wanting to see the guitars and one of the wonderful ladies alma was unfortunately un able to reach which was quite the cutest thing ever. She went out of her way and grabbed the step ladder and showed me all the guitars I wanted . I of course felt bad because it was pretty high . Played a couple tunes and was offered a great deal by Cecilia for a Yamaha keyboard. Yet again I was surprised because the keyboard had no power cord and alma made sure she found a power cord I could have . I could have bought one but she made sure I didn’t have to go that route and found one so I could test it. I don’t really like to write reviews nor do I really have the need to but I had such a great experience that I just had to . I walked out with a guiar and keyboard and I was so satisfied with the service provided ! You will be having a forever customer !

Pawn shops get a bad rap with people complaining about bad prices or not giving enough on trade, well guess what pawn shops are a business just like everything else. If you do not like the price or what they offer you that is no reason to complain like a child. Today was my first time selling anything to a pawn shop and these guys were great. They gave me a fair price for my item and had a lot of great items in the store. With this being my first experience with a pawn shop, Jason set the bar high when it came to overall service and I will definitely be returning for any of my future needs.

Very friendly and professional staff. Ive been a frequent customer since shortly after they opened and wont go anywhere else for a loan. They are more than fair and show gratitude and appreciation for their long-time, return customers. Since theyve opened, their inventory has grown exponentially. Although, its a relatively small pawn shop, they offer a great variety of merchandise including jewelry and firearms. Items are fairly priced and the occasional discounts and specials they run make shopping there a no brainer. Overall great pawn shop.

Its very rare that I ever visit a Pawn Shop, and even rarer that I actually pawn something, but whenever I have to I always come here. The staff is always super friendly, incredibly helpful and offer really great deals when I sell items, a lot of times better than I expected and good prices on products as well. They always greet you as you walk in and provide free water and work hard to work something out with you when possible. They know customer service and are great at what they do.

I live in yarnell and this is the only place that I would ever think of taking my belongings to. I have both of my harleys there because I truly trust Jason and the entire staff with my babys. In my opinion it is well worth the 90 minuite drive because trust and respect are hard to come by and believe me they have earned mine. Best pawn shop in the U.S.

Ive visited this pawnshop for about 30 different loans over the past 2 years and Ive never walked out of this store unsatisfied with what I left with. Truly is the best pawnshop in the valley. Before u go to any other shop visit AZ EZ pawn,u wont be disappointed,as for me,...going there tomorrow.

Most wonderful and friendliest staff around, they make you feel comfortable and actually know what they are talking about. They have tons of cool stuff in there instead of over piling TVs and bikes. Very rare in this town to find good friendly people. Cant wait to go again

The inventory and employees are what make this place so great. I visit a lot of pawn shops, but this shop seems to always be the one that gets my money. Every time I go in there they always have new stuff. From tools to guns and golf equipment. You need it they have it.

A really nice and friendly staff, this pawn shop will negotiate on theyre prices, they have a wide variety of silver and gold jewelry as well as several other items as, I have bought a few pieces of theyre jewelry to add to my collection!!!
