Not very great service. Went in w a friend to look at a gun I was intreasted in. The gun had a broken scope so I was asking my friend if it was worth the money, how much anew scope was, can it be fixed . so I put $100 down on the $420 gun. Go in a month later to pay off my merchandise n they tell me the friend I was w need to be w me n they have to run his name as well. I get it its a gun, but now my friend cant make it in there w me so now Im into this for $250 and they say I have to pick out something different worth $420 . so now I have to get something in there store I dont need or want. Very disappointed. The man working is very nice n I get it its the law but either give me my money back or let me pick out something different for what I have paid you. now I either have to say well forget it keep my money or pay u more for something I dont need.

Honest business. Ive known shop director Brianna for a few years. Her and her shop staff have always gave me a fair price for my goods and have always gave me a smashing deal on their merchandise. Wether you need break from your unexpected expenses or going out on a shopping expenditure-this is a solid place to do business with. They have quality/legit merchandise and staff. The personalities are wonderful to deal and shoot the breeze with. Its my shop/I pass 4-5 shops to hit this one. I drive 20 minutes out a couple times a month to see whats new or say what good. In short consummate professionals. And Ill reiterate-honest business.

I have been doing business at this location for years and I was never that happy with the costumer service or deals made. Then Greg took over as the Store Manager and the costumer service jumped through the roof, Andrew, Nick and Angel are also super to deal with and even when I dont have any business to do at the shop I enjoy just stopping by to look around at the great deals and visit with Greg and the guys, they always take care of me weather I am buying, pawning or just stopping by to visit. I would personally recommend this shop to anyone looking for service above and beyond the rest, hands down. Dave W.

I been coming here for many years, and Ive seen people come and go, but I love the environment and the people who work here. One of my very favorite places to visit on a regular basis. Great pawn shop I dont do to much selling but I mainly buy and get sweet deals. Selling? Just know they have to make money to so dont expect to get what you paid for guys. I have recommended this place to many people and they to are very happy with the selection on firearms, electronics, jewelry and more! Go check them out Id recommend talking to Drew or Barro they are the most wise Ive come across.

I called about selling dvds a few days before I went and all they told me is that they buy dvds for $1.00 each and they didnt let me know that there is a minimum number of dvds that you need to have. When I went there they told me that I didnt have enough and that I needed ten dvds minimum to sell to them. That is the only thing I went out of Goodyear, Arizona for and I rode the bus to get to them. Thanks a lot for wasting my $2.50 that I spent to ride the bus.

I dont know why I bother stopping at other pawn shops with my jewelry. Ez money pawn is by far the best in Phoenix I stopped at 3 other pawn shops (RS pawn, Peoria pawn and some other place just called a"pawn") and I could not get $120 for a beautiful vintage filigree ring with a nice sized diamond in the center. Darrell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks again Darrel you blow the competition out of the water.

Greg is awesome!!! Went to sell my old jewelry and he gave amazing prices!! I shopped around to the other pawn shops near by but he gave me by far the most for my gold!! The crew there is very friendly. The pawn shop itself looks more like a retail shop than what you would think a pawn shop looks like. Its a nice clean place and they have nice people working there. Now im always stopping in to see what they have!

EZ Pawn does excellent business. They will work with you if a person can not make their payment date. They also have an excellent staff that will provide the best customer service, and if theres an item a customer is looking for, if they get it, they will let a person know. I will recommend them if a person needs their service.

Always have a good experience with the guys In The store... we bought a laptop a few months back and it didnt have certain programs we needed so we went back in and they said no problem we have Darrell who can add it for you for a low price!!! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with the programs we needed!!!

Everytime I go there I have a great experience. Youre treated fairly and leave feeling like you got the best deal possible. I truly recommend going there above other pawn shops. Robert is great; knowledgeable and he takes his time when dealing with a costumer.
