06/29/2017, I have been doing business with Pawn1 since 2014 .I have a title loan with them and went in today to refinance my loan on my Crown Victoria. Before I made this decision to refinance the loan I have talked to one of the young ladies in the loan department a couple times such a sweet young lady her name is Michelle and even on the phone she completely goes out of her way to help you with whatever your situation maybe at the moment. I mean she goes beyond her expectations to help her clients when most people do not .She doesnt sit there on the phone and just give you the runaround she gets things done by going above her position and so forth until she can help in some type of way .Well today I finally got the pleasure of meeting her in person .When you usually walk up to one of these places for your loan they look at you like oh God here goes more paperwork ,or now I have to listen to their problems. I was greeted with the biggest smile and bubbliness that I have not seen in a long time at a work environment .Its funny to say but I actually had a good time I didnt even want to leave ! she just makes you feel so comfortable the way she talks and laughs with you instead of ignoring you and she talks you all through the process instead of saying sign this sign that .And Im not ashamed to say it I didnt have enough for the interest that I had to pay off on my loan to to refinance it .and Michelle worked it out to where it was like a courtesy gesture for me being with them awhile so she took care of it and I also left there with the movie call the innocent man. this young lady is just so sweet I feel like I knew her for a long time this place is very lucky to have her working there and she is just fantastic to deal with and be around .Its funny cuz it was such a pleasure and a lot of people just hate going to get this done cuz like I said at the beginning people isnt friendly no more and it was like I didnt even want to leave .And this sweetie even told me that if ever needed to talk to call her and shell just talk to me because were both like talking back and forth it was so cool. But seriously if anyone ever needs a title loan go in there and ask for Michelle she will make it one of the most easiest process and enjoyable experience that you probably ever had in quite a while .And as for myself i would like to tell her thank her very much and I appreciate everything that she did for me today after I left I just kept smiling I walked over to Goodwill over there I was even talking about her to everybody and writing her name down and giving it to people if they ever need a title loan to go to Pawn1 and ask for Michelle . And Michelles location is in Goodyear Arizona off of Litchfield . Thank you so much Michelle for everything youve done for me today and God bless your heart sweetie. It was such a pleasure doing business with you have a wonderful evening.

I just moved back to the phoenix area about 6 weeks ago and was a bit straped for cash. As I was on my way to pick up some food I noticed the Pawn 1st sign and decided to pay them a visit. The second I walked into the very clean store I was greeted by a man named James and was asked if he cold help me in any way. I said yes and showed him a laptop I was willing to do without for now to get some bills paid. James looked up the value on the internet and showed me so it didnt seem like he was just throwing numbers out their to rip me off. He was kind , listened , took his time with me so I didnt feel rushed and answered any and all questions I threw at him. I have never recieved such great and professional service out of any store let alone a pawn shop. I will continue to do all my business with Pawn 1ST and Pawn 1st only. Thank you again and Thank you James for your courtesy kindness and professional atmosphere inside you store.

Terrible Service especially if your dealing with Louie!!!! He offered me 900% below retail for a Tag Heuer Formula 1 I DECLINED. That was my first encounter with him. 2nd was $20 dollars for a pair of brand new beats head phones with the box again I DECLINED. Gustavo is a fair person however Louie is making him look very bad as a store manager. I took my pawn elsewhere and got a respectable amount for a loan. As a customer that is all i want is respect especially in this situation. I always get great service from Michelle and other employees, furthermore if i ever go back into this store i will steer clear of Louie if he says next while i am in line i will kindly ask whoever is behind me to go ahead of me. He just does not get it. YOUR LOSING MONEY GUSTAVO!!!!! I do hope your manager sees this posting. With all do respect. Rob Rob, thats how i feel when dealing with LOUIE...

I have been a manager for many years and recognize talent in the field. I entered into a very challenging negotiation session with one of your managers recently and, I must say, she is a winner. While Miriam Negreros was extremely busy with the staff and operations of her center, she treated me with respect and professionalism to the end. I am always looking for good managers that can handle pressure under extreme circumstances and she caught my attention as that thought crossed my mind. You would do well to keep her and promote her, if that is her wish. I am EXTREMELY impressed with her as a person and as a professional.

I have been here as a buyer and a seller. As a seller I was highly disappointed that I did not receive more for my items but it is what it is. As a buyer I was pleased. I had purchased an older tablet with a detachable keyboard and upon coming home staring having issues with the charger. Being an older tablet it is not one that can be replaced in stores. I brought back the charger knowing they had a duplicate tablet and asked if they would be willing to trade out the chargers and not only did they but I also got the carrying case that the other tablet came with (it did not have the keyboard however) for my trouble.

I have been going to pawn first for three years faithfully their customer service is outstanding i have never had an issue with any employee helping me out they always go above and beyond to give me what items are worth they even go above and beyond with customer service i am very satisfied with them i would even travel from 51st ave to this location because of their service for their customers thank you pawn first for being real and helpful all these years i will continue doing business with you for years to come
