I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle from George and purchased a one way plane ticket based on Georges word that the vehicle was in great shape and had no problems with the title. When I showed up with cash to make the deal, I found out the title had MAJOR issues! The title showed the vehicle had more than double the miles than what the vehicle showed. George wouldnt even come out to meet me face to face and instead told the other guy working there - also named George - to basically tell me that "the DMV made a mistake and it was no big deal". Im sorry but trying to title a vehicle when the miles are less than what the previous title shows will cause it to be branded as "true miles unknown". When I questioned what was going on, George got very testy and rude and basically told me to get out of the shop! I was extremely upset by having this misrepresentation made to me causing me to waste over $200 to get a one way ticket back home last minute. I was further insulted by George not even coming out of his office to meet me and offer an explanation. Whether or not what happened with the title was truly a mistake is irrelevant at this point because I feel lied to and now Im out several hundred dollars because of Georges misrepresentations. These guys run a pawn shop - they should know better than to sell vehicles with title problems!

After scouring for a pawn shop that would take some specific items, I read on their website that they accepted what I was hoping to pawn. I drove over to their shop right away and dragged everything inside just to be told by the man working there that the website is outdated and they havent accepted those types of items in quite some time. Disappointed but determined to walk away with at least SOME extra Christmas money, I pulled out a flimsy necklace that had been living in the bottom of my purse for a few months. They offered me $35 for it and I eagerly accepted. Still frustrated by the misinformation on their "outdated website" I asked what they typically make offers on. The gentleman told me they were really only taking jewelry and a few electronics at this point. They had several guns displayed which caught my attention and I even managed to talk him down to a fantastic price on one of them. I was again let down when he told me that they wont be buying or selling any more guns after the new year (2017) which was the deciding factor for me that I didnt particularly like this pawn shop...at all. I only gave it 3 stars because they offered me such a great price for that crappy necklace.

I just brought into pair of lock wire pliers also known as safety wire pliers to sell. The older gentleman gave me a dirty look when I said good afternoon, and the younger gentleman immediately dismissed what I had turn in. Its not my intent to give a bad review because they did not accept what I had to sell, however the look they gave me was as though I was some street scum. I make a little over $100,000 a year. I bought these back when I used to work at Lockheed Martin gamma I bought an extra pair that was unopened and was looking to sell them. Who looked at they gave me was as though I raided somebodys Tool Crib. Just another example of people that judge a book by its cover. Im disgusted with this pawn shop.

What a great place to do business. Clean, well lit and organized, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, at all times. George and the whole staff were courteous, professional and efficient. They are honest. Gave me a price much higher than value, took good care of it, and gave it back in perfect condition. I like thus store because they are owner run and treat you like family.

They scammed me out of half the value of the items I brought in and the employees are very unprofessional and rude. The manager stated it did not matter who he was in relation to the store when I asked to speak to the manager. The only reason I added one star is due to the fact that Google requires at least one star to post the review.

Ive been collecting old Kodak cameras since I was a kid. I ran across one of the old Bantam cameras at this pawn shop, and I feel like I stole it for the price I paid for it. I regularly visit when Im driving by now, just to see what kind of gems they might have.

Only reason I give more than one star is because their payment plan option is nice. Other than that the staff is rude every time Ive been in there ( if not only to myself then other customers as well) and offer less for items than other pawn shops Ive been to

What a great place to do business with. Very clean and great selection with a very friendly and helpful staff. Deb was a great help and very friendly also thanks to both Georges. You just can not beat the prices, this is so much more than your normal Pawn Shop.

The place was decent but the service sucked. The lady was rude and when I turned down her offer she shouted "BYE!" In a really bitchy way and I hadnt even turned around to walk out the door yet :(
