I saw that there was a new pawn shop in the Frys Marketplace Plaza and thought I would try them out. I took in several pieces of jewelry left to me by a relative. I had silver, gold and platinum jewelry, all with diamonds and gemstones. The staff there was very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the jewelry testing process and the diamond grading process. After all of the silver, gold and platinum jewelry was tested and the diamonds and gemstones were graded they gave me a quote for selling the jewelry. Ill be honest when I went in I was just curious and wasnt really interested in selling the jewelry, but after I heard how much they were offering to buy my jewelry for I couldnt say no. It was a more than fair price and the staff treated me with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this shop to sell your silver, gold, platinum and diamonds.

This is a beautiful store, I was honestly surprised it was a Pawn Shop. I came in with some family heirlooms to get a small loan about 3 weeks ago. I had questions because I had never pawned anything before. They explained everything to me. I came back to pick up my jewelry and by the time I was finished I couldnt believe how easy it was. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do I will come back. Ive already told all my family and friends about my experience. Id like to thank the friendly staff at RS Pawn for helping me in my time of need!

I brought in my Brietling watch that had been passed down to me from my dad. He got sick and needed money to pay off some really expensive medical bills. Even though I didnt have papers or the box, they took the time to authenticate it within 2 days and got me a very reasonable price. Considering that I didnt have the papers and box, the price they gave me was much higher then I would have expected. They were very considerate about my situation and very friendly. Thank you RS Pawn for providing me with enough to help my dad get the care he needed.

I was disappointed with the amount i was quoted for pawning my jewelry. I know how much i usually get for pawning at the other shop before. I was offered HALF off here compare of what I usually get. I guess everybody gets a different deals at this place. But it wasnt good for me.

I came in to pay my pawn today and they claimed the was a mistake on my pawn ticket and i owed 40 instead of 20. Any decent business would accept their mistake and honor it. Never going back here.
