After an overly long vet appointment with a chronically sick dog, I went to this location to send a package out for work because it was closest to the vets office. I got there in the nick of time to get the package out, and went to the counter that I thought might be for sending out packages and said I need to send out this package. She tells me if I print out the label myself using one of their computers over THERE, its free. So apparently they charge to print out labels. This is for work, so I really dont care if the label printing is free or not but she directs me to the computers, stands over me and directs me through getting the label printed (but she couldnt do the actual typing on HER computer). Then their system glitches and it wont print out the label. Tried a different credit card. Glitched again. So instead of saying something like, let me try it at my counter she says theres nothing she can do for me and the package wont go out tonight. That was a REALLY fun phone call to my boss. Is anyone else sick and tired of companies putting the work onto the customers? When I walk into the UPS store, they say how can I help you and get busy type type typing into their system to get your package out thee door. Not only will I never use that store again, I promptly canceled our corporate FedEx account the second I got into the office this morning, AND I used their box to send the package out through another carrier. Thanks, FedEx OREM!

I have been going to this print shop for the last few years and always had a good experience. Only recently since they changed their name from Kinkos to FedEx Office has their service taken a dive and the prices seems to have gone up. They wanted to charge five dollars to crop an image, and insisted that I use their self server machines. They want their customers to use the self service machines so bad that they will stand there and go through the whole process of printing from the machine for you. The machines only let you print one page at a time and take a good minute to navigate through all of the options to get each page printed. They are not effective and are super annoying. Before their name change I would walk in and hand the clerk my thumb drive and she/he would print the files without any hassle. Not once did they try to charge for cropping or fitting something to a page. On the bright side, Office Depo will do all of my printing needs without pressing me to use a self server machine and never charged for cropping or page fitting.

The wait time here is ridiculous. Im printing a pdf that is one page and not huge and have had to wait over ten minutes for the job to process and print. The workstation computers are also really slow, and you have to pay 0.30 per minute. (it doesnt seem like a lot, but when youre sitting there thinking to yourself "I just have to download one thing from my email, this will be super quick" and then it takes three minutes to open a Web browser and then five minutes to download...a person gets annoyed.) After writing this review, and rereading it for errors, Im still waiting for the job to process. It has been fourteen minutes. Update your machines or something! Also, the staff were not super helpful.

Today I had a wonderful experience at the Orem FedEx Office! (formerly the Orem Kinkos)-- My friends and I are doing a "The Hobbit" book club before the film is released this December, and I needed to make and laminate bookmarks. When I told the wonderful employees at the Orem FedEx Office my plan, they jumped to action and helped me complete it in just under 20 minutes! They walked me through how to use their copiers, their lamination machine, and their full sized cutter. They had wonderful attitudes and exemplified extraordinary customer service. To top it off, the total cost of the entire visit was just over $5 dollars. I will definitely be back for my next project! Thank you FedEx!

Normally I love this place and would give it 5 stars. Im sure the convenience and service is still good--when its open. I checked the website multiple times before leaving to make sure it was open. It said it was open til 11:59 pm. But I went at 10:30 pm (I shouldve left earlier but it was a last-minute project) and it was closed. I know its the evening before Thanksgiving and it might have been really slow. But if the website says its open til 11:59 pm, it really should be. I was bummed about the waste of a drive (first world problems, I know), but I was more bummed that now I have to figure out a different way and place to print my photos before my deadline.

In my opinion good service needs to be recognized just as much, if not more so, than poor service. I really like this Fed-Ex location for one reason, Mark. If you need something shipped ask for Mark. Ive used these guys for the last couple of months and Mark is by far the most competent, friendly, and efficient employee Ive ever seen at Fed-Ex. I usually ship something via Fed-Ex once or twice a week and am rarely met with a friendly smile and quick service. However, when I go to this location if Mark is working I know that Im going to be in-and-out of there in a hurry. Thanks Mark for your great service.

I had to ship a very large package (were talking 4.5 ft tall) which had multiple pieces to it, and the employees treated me so kindly. They even helped me get everything out of my car and into the store. The woman who helped me did everything she could to ensure that I ship everything in the cheapest way possible. When I returned the next day she still remembered the original prices she had quoted me and was able to provide quick service. I usually dont post reviews online, but this store I HIGHLY recommend!

Overall, I appreciate the PrintAndGo service provided by all locations. It was a great resource we used many times for last minute reports for the kids and various needs for work. Loved the fact they were open 24 hours, but that seemed to have changed recently because I just pulled up to a closed location with an urgent need to print. Thats the only reason for docking a star. Five stars had they kept convenient hours. Every other star is awarded for the clean location and friendly staff.

Absolutely terrible. I have never been treated so poorly. I read some bad reviews here, but thought that it might have been a fluke. It wasnt. I had a simple job - 2 pages on oversized paper. After two full days of being jerked around by employees and management who couldnt fulfill a single promise I ended up taking my business elsewhere. They completely screwed up my deadlines with their false promises and incompetence. I will never, Never, NEVER return here, and neither should you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lazy worker lied to me cause he didnt want to make a custom box even though Ive done it there multiple times. Thats the least they can do since there charging me $30 for a freaking box. Told me " oh we dont do that here at this branch" when I responded " Ive always had them made here." He goes, "oh well let me get your number and call you tomorrow." Learn your freaking job.
