I ordered a product online and UPS missed me so they dropped my item at this location. I called the next day, before stopping by to verify if my item was there. The woman (Arlene) who answered said that it was not there and rushed me off the phone. I looked into my emails and notices that stated my item was at this location. So I show up a few days later and Arlene helped me. I told her I was there to pick up my package and she quickly glanced through some packages up front and said it was not there. I was so confused at her lack of effort even after I showed her the notice from UPS on my phone stating it was at the "1955 W Baseline" location. She went to the back to look after I told her that it HAS to be there because that was on the notice that was left at my apt and in my email. A young man told me that 1 out of 10 packages get sent to a different location? He said that although I received the email and notice on my door that it was at this location, it could have been sent to a different one down the street? WHAT? sounds insane. Arlene then came back to the front and told me sorry it must have been shipped back. I was so furious because first she said it wasnt there, and then she said it was shipped back. How could she tell me this when the package was supposedly never there ? How could she be so sure of this? I was pissed because this package was a gift. She finally contacted someone to track my package. Then one of the UPS drivers came to the front of the store with my package saying my package was underneath some boxes. WHAT?? my package was there the whole time? Arlene answered my call on 05/13/17 when I called to ask if it was there. She was the one who "looked" for my package on 05/22/17. She was NO help at all. She needs to be trained thoroughly on how to look for items or she needs to organize the store a little bit better so she doesnt cause other customers this type of inconvenience.

The worst customer service I have encountered. 3/20/215 @ 10:30am The woman working was in her late 40s to mid 50s sandy blond hair. I will not be coming back or shipping through UPS again. It says right here that they can print documents in store. I was told NO and to go print it somewhere else. So once I did that I came back and she wanted to charge me to tape the top of the box closed. I have never been charged to tape the top of a box closed.

This place has terrible customer service. They are not helpful at all. On top of it they charge you to tape up your box that they charge you to ship. There are other UPS stores to use. I suggest you use the one 2 miles up the street at Country Club and Baseline by the Frys. Much more helpful and friendly.

I like this pick up option a lot, usually Im not home when they deliver my orders, so having this pick up option is very convenient, the staff in this location is very polite and efficient, havent had a single bad experience in the times Ive been there.

Way overpriced Every service Dont take USPS items here even thou they accept them They also overcharge for copies and force to pay for slow computer use Most places accept a USB drive..come on now Even the printers accept the drives directly

Holy smokes! 10 bucks for the packaging&16 bucks to send a sweater and 3 folders to San Diego. The staff was nice but Ill go somewhere else. $26 bucks is ridiculous!
