i wanted to bring attention to an awful experience i had last night 07-15-09 at the kinko/fedex location on 21st south and redwood rd right off of the 201 highway. I went to make a color copy of my original marriage certificate becauase i had to send the original somewhere. As i was making a copy of this marriage certificate the power hungry assistant manager decided to call the police on me because according to him it was "copyrighted material" and it was illegal to do so!! i let him know it was my own marriage certificate and i offered to show him my ID to prove that it was my own. He responded by physically trying to grab my documents. He then decided he would call the police!!! i waited for 15-20 min for the police to arrive but being west valley i guess they had more important things to do.

I only used the printing service; I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product. Ask for Chris, he had taken the time to show me samples and different quality paper. I got exactly what I asked for and it was a complicated order. It was also very fast. I went to AeroGraphics in west valley a couple of times and they have bad service and quality. They never have the paper in stock that I wanted and they didnt want to take the time to show me samples and browse paper. The customer service is poor, they made it seem like too much work for them to cut it down to bleed and other preferences. Thanks you Chris at FedEx!

Late option for West Coast Express drop off. Very helpful by phone. As of March 2015 this is the 2nd latest Fedex drop in SLC for West Coast Express, at 6:45pm. Currently the latest available drop is 7pm at the West Valley Sort Facility. note - FedEx downgraded service in SLC in early 2015 by closing an airport facility that previously accepted West Coast Express packages until 8:15pm.

Most of the people who work at this shop are very helpful. In fact they are much more friendly that the folks who work at some of the other FedEx Kinkos locations in the SLC area. I go out of my way to go to this shop instead of some others that are closer.
