In short: Fragile item poorly packed for an expensive price, poor and unprofessional customer service. Not too pleased, recommend avoiding. Full review: I had a glass item packaged for a considerable fee. I had trouble seeing them pack it but when taking the box, noted the item rattled within it. On checking the packing job, I found the item was not even wrapped or padded. I discussed my concerns with them: fragile item, large box, concern for damage. They gave considerable pushback, lecturing on policies of how they pack items and "package testers," even saying the bulk of any padding would damage the item rather than protect it (really??). They completely missed my concern - its a fragile and expensive item and their packing job had left little reassurance that it wouldnt be damaged in shipping. The point, from my standpoint, was that I had paid a considerable fee for their service and didnt feel I had yet received what I expected - a quality packing job. I couldn’t care less what some "package testers" had concluded when I could feel the rattle of my fragile item in a box. They eventually agreed to repackage the item with appropriate padding for a fragile item. I am simply surprised by their poor customer service, high price, and initial poor packing job. Perhaps this is an outlier experience, but why risk it with so many other copy / shipping shops around? I recommend avoiding this location.

I used their fax machine, which is self-service/honor system and only took about 3 minutes to complete. I then printed out my receipt and walked up to the counter to pay for the pages I faxed and ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes. There were only two customers in line before me, yet there were 3 employees working. The employee with glasses looked up at the line and said "Yeah... I dunno whos next, so how can I help you?" And pointed to a man who had just stepped in the door. The other male employee was busy printing out posters for a customer, and the third female employee (dark hair, nose ring) was on the work phone on a personal call the entire time I was in the store. She kept giggling and hiding her face, and the male employee with glasses even teased her about her caller. She remained on the phone even while ringing me up. It was so unprofessional I was astounded. A 5-10 minute trip to make some faxes turned into a half hour ordeal because of these two employees unprofessionalism. Get off the phone and help your guests, and to the gentleman in glasses, pay attention to your customers and accommodate them appropriately. Visited this location Tues, May 3rd at 2:30pm

I went in to print off my sons 1st birthday invitations. I was greeted by 2 employees right away. One was Duane, the branch manager. He was super helpful, even with my son running around! I know Duane is new to the store and he is making a difference. I was very happy and will use them again!

I walked in not sure what to do and I was immediately called over to the counter where they were very helpful in packing up my item and getting it shipped. Its definitely still there, Im not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Its next door to Ross.

Brandon greeted us and was really patient and kind. My wife and I needed to fax over some important information to our lender. The fax wasnt working. Brandon helped us through the process, he scanned all documents for us and made a PDF. Thanks Brandon from AZ.

They were quick, but the double sided prints didnt line up perfectly which messed up what we were doing. Kinda expected that a print shop would be able to get that kind of accuracy, but I guess not.

Ridiculous. A busy location and ALWAYS a 45 minute wait . One person cant keep up.with everything. Too cheap to hire help.
