This is one of my favorite businesses ever. I return allot of amazon packages and when I come here the people are so nice. Norma is so sweet and makes me feel like she is a friend when I come here so I felt compelled to tell everyone about this place. Seriously, usually places of business do not stand out that much to make you want to gush about them, but every time I come in here I leave with a smile and feel fuzzy inside. All the people working there are full of super nice energy. I saw a woman who was very rude for no reason and mad about something in her personal world on the public computer so she began to say some curse words to the employees as well as customers around her. It really made me uncomfortable to see since it was like she was trying to start a physical fight with everyone around her. I thought this was noteworthy to mention because Norma was so nice to her and handled her with genuine kindness to try to help her. It was the coolest way I had ever seen someone handle this situation. Usually when customers begin threatening and cursing at strangers police need to be called. My heart was pounding to see her insulting everyone as if she were on a drug. I have seen things like this before but I have never seen anyone handle it with such diplomacy and sweetness. Norma smiled, did her best and was so nice that the woman was diffused simply because she was unable to satisfy her desire to fight. I have never seen such a great example of killing someone with kindness. It is making me smile still to see such truly nice people in the world like at this ups store. The woman even called me names as I went to my car and sat there as though she was unable to accept that no one would be rude to her back. I have never seen such a situation handled so beautifully, and I used to be a flight attendant! I am going to be extremely nice like Norma if I ever get into a situation with a tempered person of unstable nature like this. It is worth it to come to this store from anywhere because it is always a perfect experience. I am telling you, I am not often impressed.

One star for misleading information....twice. For me, it was a staffer asking if I has a UPS My Choice account and can she have my email address to look it up. Not being able to remember which email address I had used for my UPS account, I provided one. Instead of saying "nope, thats not the correct one," the staffer said, "yep, thats correct" and unbeknownst to me, created a NEW account on my second email. By the time I got home, I received an email saying, "Welcome to your NEW UPS My Choice account." So now, I have two accounts; The store staffer straight up lied. Next, on another time and day, my girlfriend went to pickup a package. This time, a different employee than the one I had, asked her for an email address for her receipt of package pickup. She too when arriving home found a new email headlined, "Welcome to your NEW UPS My Choice account." She didnt WANT an account. This happening twice by different staffers suggests its management pushing them to get people signed up. Why not just be honest? Dont lie and mislead.

I run my own sharpening business. I have product and equipment shipped to me all over. With so many thieves stealing packages from porches, having is a PO box is essential to my business. I previously used another location which gave one of my packages to someone else. This does not happen at this location.

The people at this store are very nice and have done the best job with my packages. They are the only people I trust with my stuff to mail. I sometimes send art and manuscripts, so this is very serious. Honestly, there is no one else I would trust. This is the best place in the whole state.

I have never been impressed by the people at this store - Not for shipping or for printing. Two stars for not being overly helpful but for not being awful either. Suggestion to others - go elsewhere if you need printing done.

Notary public doesnt actually work here; she travels from store to store. She wasnt there both times I came and the employee at the counter couldnt tell me when she would be there next.
