Summary: Prints we ordered were damaged by broken machine and owner (Steven Nelson) fraudulently offered a refund in order to get rid of us. Ordered some color posters which were printed quickly and at a good price. Everything seemed great until we went to pick them up and there were deep scratches in every single page. The prints are of artwork to be sold and the numerous deep scratches render them unusable. In my 10+ years of ordering large volumes of this exact same type of poster at print shops around the world (including at other Postnets) I have never seen such scratches on any of my posters, but they insisted the scratches were normal due to a defect on the copy machine and they would not be able to reprint them without the scratches. Instead they offered a refund, which we accepted, so we left without taking the prints. The employee was unable to process the refund at the time due to unfamilarity with the register and said to call back later with a credit card number, which I did. A month later and still no refund. I understand that things can get overlooked easily so I called in and the owner said to send an email, which I obliged. A week later, still nothing. The owner now will not pick up any calls from my #, and responded to a call from another number saying that there is no way he would process a refund (a direct contradiction to his earlier offer) and that we were being too picky about the prints. Keep in mind that we never requested a refund, just asked for the prints to be printed without scratches, and the refund was offered at their own insistence. At this point I have paid for a product I never even received. Beware low quality printing and dishonest business practices.

The owner is rarely open at the stated 8:00 am hour. I once arrived after 9:00 am and the owner was in the process of closing the shop to go to the grocery store. It was disconcerting because the metal locking door was pulled across the front of the store with a small walk-in opening. The owner was in a deep, partisan political conversation with a customer - Using fowl language and demeaning the opposite political party. Regardless of beliefs ones views shouldnt be on display in ones business. If my order had not been in the fax machine I would have quickly walked out. I will not go to the PostNet again. I find the owner to be arrogant.

I am a former customer of this location. I would bring my wife in and the owner Steven Nelson would literally stare at her body. She was made so uncomfortable that I stopped going to this location. He would make ridiculous inappropriate comments and has a reputation for having numerous affairs with women that frequent his store. He is a married man and portrays himself as an honest hard working business man but nothing is further from the truth. He is not worthy of having a PostNet franchise and show not be a business owner dealing with the public. I feel very sorry for his wife because he is making a fool of her.

We have had a PO box at this location for five years. The owner, Steve has been an integral part of our business. We travel on the road for our business 70% of the time. He helps us maintain our PO box and mails important documents to us whenever we need them. He is very professional and get things done in a timely manner. He notifies us when shipments come in and we trust him with sensitive material. He has also created Marketing material for us and business cards. I would highly recommend Steve and his business.

I had a large saw I sold online for cutting stone. I took it in and told them I needed this thing boxed up good to ship to KY. I went back within 3 hours and the team had this buy securely boxed a labeled very well! The item was almost 100 lbs and they made it possible and it got there safe. I will be back when I need this again!
