Notary and customer service needs improving! The first time I used them, the notary filled out the documents wrong and I had to pay for the forms to be redone at the clerks office. When I went in to get my money back from the UPS store since they did not do it correctly, I was told they dont refund notary services. The second time I went to them, it was 5:30 pm (they close at 6:00 pm), I was told that the notary service ends at 5:00 pm even though there was a notary still working the counter at the time. They werent particularly busy and had two other employees at the counter. It would have taken just a few minutes to notarize the document. I ended up having to drive to another UPS location. Ridiculous! Not impressed with their customer service at all!

I get busy at work and miss my UPS driver regularly. So, when I leave work, I take packages with me so they can still get out that day. Ill go out of my way to stop at Store 4020. Rarely is there a wait and the staff is always smiling and ready to help. Also, I can call ahead for little things like laminating, so I dont have to wait. They are just hands down the best. Helen will even help me with advice when dealing with my own UPS account, even though thats the furthest thing from her plate of responsibilities. You dont find that kind of customer service often these days. Highly recommend this store for your shipping and small business needs, and the most personal attention youll come across. Unbeatable. Great job guys!

This UPS store delivers extraordinary customer service! Im a frequent business traveler and have rarely experienced such attentive service. The staff went out of their way to help me get a presentation off my laptop (i had no way to connect to internet) and printed. With 20 minutes to go before my presentation I asked the manager, Helen Novak, the best taxi service to call. She immediately offered to give me a ride to my meeting! Who does that?!? I was so appreciative! Thank you Helen and staff...you are doing a great job!

ive just recently moved to the Scottsdale area, and rented a mail box at this location for my personal and business needs. and id like to say everyone here is fantastic, and very customer service friendly. even when i go to pick-up an absurd amount of packages, the staff is right there to get them, and has even assisted me with carrying them to my car. plus; there is ALWAYS a smiling face to greet you when you walk-in their door... #Kudos

The UPS Store at Greenway and 64th is the best. They have great prices on shipping, plus the latest pick-up times in the Valley. They also offer printing services for everything imaginable. I get custom notecards printed there for my business and they even printed the custom thank-you notes that I designed for my wedding. Their prices are great and they will personally deliver or overnight your order to you. I highly recommend this store!

I rarely go out of my way to comment or complain about negative experiences, but this one was quite exceptional. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional - I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a staff member there named "Brody" very rude and dishonest. If I had the option of posting without giving this review a "star" I would, but one cannot post their review without doing so.

I have been using this location for my printing needs and they are fantastic. Helen and all the staff are super fast and friendly. I had trouble with my PDF form and Helen was very creative and resolved my dilemma in record time. I just picked up my copies and it amazes me how they remember everyone walking in the door. Ken, Helen and their team at the UPS store are terrific. They have more printing and shipping options than I could have ever imagined. The extra help they provided me in choosing the right material for my needs was HUGE!! I would not go anywhere else for my printing or shipping needs

I have been a customer for approx. 10 years. Recently they received a letter that was short 46 cents on postage, and rather then pay the 46 cents for me ,they refused it and I had to go to a post office in Scottsdale to pick it up.
