We accidentally ordered a toner cartridge last fall that didnt work in our printer. That was my fault- it was the larger capacity version of the one that DID work on our printer, shown on Amazons "other customers viewing this item purchased..." section, so I clicked on that one and didnt look carefully. We finally installed it and discovered the problem after the 3 month return period. But PSR not only exchanged it for the smaller capacity cartridge and refunded the difference, but also cross-shipped the replacement before they even received the other one, and paid for shipping! Its rare to deal with a company so helpful (and trusting). I wish they sold ink cartridges too, so I could use them for my non-laser printer supplies.

We have used this company for several years. We had a local company that sold us toners and since I am the IT director, I got involved with printer errors. One of the toners was defective, and I started looking at all of the toners that we buy and the cost. We had one toner that was very expensive. Somehow I stumbled upon Print.Save.Repeat and talked to Klint McInturrff. We bought a few of the toners and tried them. They worked great and was over $100 cheaper than the local supplier, and lower than at the time was available on Amazon. These guys are great, honest, and always there when you need help. I was looking for a low priced refilled toner cartridge for an older laser printer and was lucky enough to find Print.Save.Repeat while browsing online. I had not heard of them, but their website made it easy to find the cartridge and place an order and I found the pricing very attractive. The cartridge came quickly and has worked very well. I also liked the fact that they had a postage paid return form that could be used to recycle the used cartridge. I will use them again and would recommend them without reservation.

I ordered some replacement toners for my Samsung Printer. I have tried several off market brands and none have come even close to the Samsung Toners and were very low quality. The ones they recommended to me arent printing just like they were made by the manufacturer. They take pride in making sure to offer good replacement products and stand by their products. They are just there to sell you something that wont do the job. They want their customers to be happy and print, save, and repeat!

The Cartridges work great and the customer service is Fantastic. They worked with me when I made an error and ordered toner for our old printer instead of the recently purchased printer AND the cartridges arrived in a timely manner!! Such a wonderful concept. I reluctantly ordered a toner for my Lexmark about 4 years ago, but quickly became a true believer. These toners work PERFECTLY with no issues at all. The shipping label for my last toner is always in the box with the new toner, so sending it back to them is "EAZY PEAZY".

The first 3 cartridges worked great. The most recent one was printing too light. I told them about it on Friday and the following Monday I had a replacement and a return shipping label for the defective one. They provide great service and back up their product.
