My wife went to this store. The customer associate Jay (middle aged man with glasses and a beard) that was working was abysmally unhelpful. My wife had a simple request: She wanted to print 14 color prints for use in a project for her school. Now, having reviewed the charges she incurred and comparing them to the charges they should have been, I have realized that we were charged double what we should have been. I hold Jay 100% at fault for this as he did not address or help her troubleshoot any of her needs to get the best possible value for the money spent. Instead of telling my wife that she could have user her cell phone to upload the photos she had to her google drive and then accessed photos from her google drive, he told her that she should just use one of fed ex/kinkos kiosk print PCs. My wife, heeding his "professional advice" did so and wracked up the a bill for $21.21. What we were ultimately charged came out to: $19.95 for what should have been $8.92 for 13 prints at $0.59 per plus AZ state tax. We also incurred an additional $1.26 charge because when I had asked Jay "Does this copier currently have 24lb paper in it and can we print off of that drawer?" he replied yes. We then printed a single sheet and it printed on standard printer paper. We then had to ask Jay for 24lb paper and without saying anything he loaded the printer with the proper paper and we had to print another sheet incurring an additional $0.59 cent charge bringing the total for 14 color prints to: $21.21 We payed $21.21 for 14 color pages of 24lb paper and 1 page of color print on standard office paper that was printed in error after following Jays professional advice. There were several ways the associate could have assisted Us: 1.) By being more helpful to customers 2.) By being more knowledgeable about fed ex/kinkos service options 3.) By even showing an inkling of regard towards his job duties and providing actual customer service. The overall feeling we got from Jay was that he simply didnt care about helping customers and that he ultimately hated his job. Instead of telling my wife that she could have user her cell phone to upload the photos she had to her google drive and then accessed photos from her google drive, he told her that she should just use one of fed ex/kinkos kiosk print PCs. My wife, heeding his "professional advice" did so and wracked up the above mentioned $21.21 bill. I will be avoiding this store at all costs, warning all friends and family in the area to avoid this store and posting this same complaint, in all its detail to Yelp, Google, and other online review sites. We feel swindled and overcharged and we will not be supporting the Fed Ex/Kinkos brand in the future.

I had visited this location two times this week to prepare for a high value shipment and was given good information and I planned to hire the pack and ship service this morning. When I arrived I was met by a woman named Olga with a strong Russian accent and she immediately challenged me in shipping a high value item. She told me they dont just insure valuable items without some invoice and I felt like I was being accused of some sort of deception. She never bothered to look at the paperwork I had which proved the value but I asked again about the insurance to ship an industrial laser and she just basically would not help. I was really surprised by this attitude and rather than waste another minute arguing with her I told her she just lost a $200 order, grabbed my stuff and left. I then went to UPS instead on Main and Alma School road and they could not have been more helpful. I got excellent service there and I doubt I will be going back to this FEDEX store again.

Gotta agree with the previous reviewer in that I show up just needing to drop off a package get it scanned in as accepted takes upwards of 10 minutes as the fedex rep moves at a snails pace very deliberately making an exhibition out of the fact that she could not possibly care less about doing her job in an efficient manner, taking ownership of her role and avoiding making a customer wait...stand around when she knew perfectly well that was all that the customer required was the scanning (this established in a prior conversation) when this could be easily avoided by her detouring to scan in a package which would take all of 22 seconds at tops to accomplish. I must say that I do business with many FedEx Kinkos and this location for some reason is decidedly bad on the customer service front, really stands out in this regard like head and shoulders above other FedExs for poor customer service....kinda strange how that is really.

Read the reviews before heading to this place & decided to give it a shot as the last bad review was over a year ago. I didnt have the same experience as most described - My associate who could have been the manager (very nice lady with short auburn hair) was fantastic to deal with. She took care of everything, save me a buck or two & was friendly & helpful. My bad review which would have been a single star were it not for the nice lady with the auburn hair came from the fact that a 3pm overnight delivery from AZ to NH cost me $48! While its been some time since Ive shipped an overnight package I remember FedEx leading the pack in both quality & price "back in the day." This will absolutely be the LAST time I use FedEx for anything.

Ive been a loyal customer to this Kinkos for about 10 years and they just lost my service. Theres now a robust lady working behind the counter who is darn-right evil. If shes working just turn-out immediately and walk away. She treats people like the scum off the bottom of her shoe and is flat-out lazy with helping anyone. All I had asked for was a couple of prints and she basically told me to go f myself and made it seem like I was a bother to her. Mercy Ive never experienced this before and Im pretty mad right now. I feel bad for her assistant there, Im pretty sure he gets a beating on a regular basis.

Tracy Freeman was absolutely obnoxious. She is worse than the worst at the DMV. I went in to inquire about a parcel that I had shipped from this location that is being held at the destination for improper paperwork. She refused to listen to anything I had to say and simply printed out a form for me to fill out and referred me to a Fedex 1800 number. In contrast the man that had originally shipped the parcel for me ( same location) was courteous and helpful even though something in the paperwork was either not correct or failed to accompany the parcel.

5 lbs to be shipped, via ground, cheapest rate they had, box size about 14" X 14" X 12" and they wanted $53+ --- I had no idea ground at FedEx would cost soooo much! - I didnt use them... The service rep was ok, however, the way he asked me if I wanted to declare any value made me feel as if i was doing something wrong! The other reviewer wasnt exaggerating much at all! They really need to think about how to ask that...
