Ive worked with them a couple of times and I have to say Ive been really impressed. The last time I used them I called them a few hours before a project was due. They talked me through the process; I was able to upload a file and pick up the printed materials about an hour later. They are head and shoulders a better printer than any of the alphagraphics/kinkos I have used, and very affordable. Perhaps the thing I like the best about them is that you can call them up and whoever answers the phone will take the time to work with you, answer questions, and really help you figure out the best/most affordable way to accomplish your project.
