I needed a special project printed on mulitple colors of card stock and also cut. I expained the problem and I had three employees helping me get the job done while they were helping other customers. I only had an electronic copy of the file and I only had one hour to get it done. They downloaded the project, calculated the number of prints needed, printed it, and cut it. Walked in with nothing and came out with everything. They were amazing. Thanks guys!

I needed copies made for a teachers conference I chair every year, about 450 of copies of various documents. The crew at the UPS store did a great job, including stapling and collating the copies so that we could hand them out easily to the conference attendees. And the servive was very fast! Im pleased with the employees and service at the Traverse store and will be sure to use them in the future!

This store is a great experience every time I go in. The people at the desk are always very courteous and helpful. I go in pretty consistently to print things since I dont have a printer at home, and they have so many options for printing! Every option you could need. I would highly recommend this location to any friend or family.

I came in with my Wife today to mail off some Amazon returns, and some checks. Max was there and totally helped us with the best way to get the returns going, which was good because we were kind of at a loss. He Was friendly, helpful, and I could tell he took pride in doing his job well. Will be using this UPS from now on!

This new UPS store is amazing! They have helped me with everything from making a few copies, laminating something for my sons school project, to packing and shipping something across the country. They packaged my fragile item so well and it cost much less than I had expected. And its next to a Cafe Rio. Bonus!

Got to meet Donovan at a weekly meeting in Lehi, UT and have learned that the UPS Store is not just a place to drop packages off, but they also offer a variety of other services including, printing, mailbox and computer access if you need to print something on the run and dont have a computer with you.
