Had a large photo packaged three times in bubble wrap plus in a large box that was shaped to fit the photo shipped from this store. It arrived at its destination with a corner chipped off. This does not just happen unless the package is handled VERY POORLY. Yes, this might be UPSs fault and not UPS 2910. However, when I contacted this store on January 9th about reimbursement for the shipping and product, I waited TWO MONTHS and did not here back from them. Two months is adequate time to file a ticket/claim for such a matter and call a customer back. I had to call them myself and speak with the owner. The owner did not know about the situation until I started explaining it to him. It was only at this time after I became rather "heated" that he remembered and told me that the reimbursement was denied. He tried to look further into, which was kind enough of him (but too little too late!) and it was still denied. So, I was very unhappy about the $130 ruined picture AND the $70 wasted shipping. My brother has been an employee of UPS for 5-10 years, and I still dont think I will ever use another UPS store or service again because of this. Thank you UPS, hello FedEx.

Worthless and cheap staff on 11/20/14 at 2pm. Terrible selection of boxes. I just needed 2 pieces of tape to secure the package inside their huge box so it didnt flop around. They wouldnt let me use any - insisted I buy a $5 roll of tape. They wouldnt even tape the box closed that I was going to purchase from them. Do I also have to load the box on the truck? Not sure what the heck the staff is even there for - they were about as helpful as a drop off box. The assistance I was attempting to work with barely spoke English - not helpful. Ive been to numerous UPS and FedEx locations where theyll let you use a tiny bit of tape, or at the very least, tape your box closed. Costs them maybe a few cents worth of tape and provides them with business. Now its gonna be a cold day in hell before I ship this or any other package through this UPS location.

I want to take a moment to recognize Cindy at the UPS store on Cooper and Warner in Gilbert, AZ. On 12/21/16, I came in to ship a last minute gift when I realized I had forgotten my packing tape, the address for my package, and the stuffing to protect the breakables. Did I mention my toddler was also yelling and rolling around the floor? Needless to say I was a holiday hot-mess! Cindy was so patient as I searched for the address and dealt with my obnoxious child. She helped me bubble wrap the breakables and even taped the box up for me! All too often people take time to complain about the service they receive without acknowledging the people like Cindy, who are willing to go above and beyond. Please take some time out of your day to let her know just how awesome she is.

Never have I seen a business with such unprofessional staff who care so little about their business or their customers. After 40min of trying to ship a box overnight I was tired of the wasted time and demanded the transaction was canceled. I was read the riot act for my transaction taking them too long and me being to demanding as to want a tracking number before I left the store - even though I was shipping an item worth over $10,000 and wanted to make sure it was handled right! Never will I enter this store for any service - and even worse for UPS, Ill only use FedEx for any transaction I can make the choice.

If I had the option of giving this place "0" stars I would!! I went to this UPS store today 11/11/16 at about 2:30 to print out a one page concert ticket. The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude from the beginning! 3 different bank cards were declining (later we found out it was an issue with all UPS stores) so she told me "are you sure you have money in your accounts"? RUDE!! So I told her just forget it Im never coming back here! Her response was "GOOD, WE DONT WANT YOU TO COME BACK!! All of this for less than $1 Anyone who is thinking about going to this store, DONT!!

Called in to get a document notarized, was informed that they were just leaving to go to lunch and refused to give me a time when I could meet with them, not to mention the fact that the notary had no idea about what they needed to do for the document when I finally got into contact with them, all I needed was my passport application notarized, this shouldnt be a difficult process and if you answer the phone you really should be able to communicate with a costumer.

The last few times Ive needed to ship things Ive been helped by Cindy at this store and she is fantastic. Today I shipped out a very fragile, expensive item and she really went above and beyond to put my mind at ease on how well shes going to pack it and ensure that it will get to its destination in one piece. Overall I have had consistently great service at this location and will be returning in the future for anything I need to ship.

If I could give no stars that is what I would do. I tried to get some info about the box I rent there and the woman was extremely rude. I understand being busy however to treat a customer as if they are a burden is unexceptable (fyi it was about a 15 second phone call before she said Im busy and dont have time for this) I hope that it is just this one location that has hired this extremely unpleasant woman.

Brought a return package in to be sent back to Amazon. Store was busy and the employee told me I dont have to wait just leave it and she would seal and have it sent out. Got an email from Amazon a week later they received an empty package. Gee I wonder what happened. Ill never bring any packages there again in fear theyll get stolen by the employee.

RAgency - In addition to great service and friendly staff, I also appreciate investments ownership makes in office equipment and training. The store is cozy so having equipment running and lines moving is important. If youre looking for convenience with reliable print, copy, and shipping, I recommend trying their service.

Shipped a 2 page document in overnight envelope fee was $41. Sent same document the next day but printed label off ups website and fee was $20. What a joke they are marking this up 100 percent.
