They were so helpful with all of my printing! I designed wedding invitations and ordered 150 to be made at AlphaGraphics. Of course, there were many complex pieces and layouts to organize as a printer. I had extremely long pocket invitations with 3 creases each, 4 different sized insert cards, a tab and trims on all of them! One employee in particular, Ashley, was able to fine-tune exactly what I needed in order to be most efficient and cost effective. When I had questions or doubts, she always thought in terms of how to make it work. Ashley was very patient and explained file set-up and printing capability very thoroughly, even over the phone! She even caught that the trim on my map insert looked off by .01” of an inch and verified with me that it was what I wanted! Not only is Ashley a very knowledgeable printer, she told me she had designed wedding invitations herself! She must have known I’d lose a few invitations through the process of gluing my tabs and pockets. I realized later that she had thoughtfully included a few extra. I ended up with the perfect number in the end! Ashley went above and beyond my expectations. She stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my print job was done that day and to her high standards. I picked them up after closing time and she presented the completed job just 24 hours after the proof was signed! The quality was superb and the bride was extremely pleased with the invitations! I love AlphaGraphics and definitely trust them to deliver in my future printing jobs! Thank you so much Ashley!

Took my self-publish book project into Alphagraphics Gilbert, and met with Dana. She was super professional, and also personable. She made sure the book printing was exactly what I wanted (after at least 5 revisions). Very competitive pricing for self-publish books too. Check out the online companies, and once you read halfway through their legal speak, you will realize that for roughly 15% more, or so, you can publish direct, and control your content with confidence. Dana even called me to let me know my order was in, which was super thoughtful. She closes each deal with a handshake, and you know with Dana your in good hands.

I had the misfortune of going to this place i.e., dana seemed rushed and very impersonal, though there was only one other customer. I went ahead and tried to explain what I wanted, photos, # of pages etc., what an ordeal ! Anyway I left her the info and left. I did get an estimate via email to print up a booklet of lest than 50 pages, they wanted $495.00 ! I replied no thanks and went to Staples on Baseline and Cooper and for 4 copies the total estimate is $ 109.00 - big difference. Dana and company is one big rip-off !

Brandon process our request for quotes and processes our orders quickly. It is nice to have that one on one experience with your printer, rather than trying to order things online. If we want a product done specifically, we are able to communicate a lot easier and quicker than if we were dealing with other printers.

This is definitely one of the better Alpha Graphics locations. Dana is very helpful and responds quickly to email and messages. I have had business cards, large signs and even some logo design work done here. They are efficient and the pricing always seems to be in-line with private firms I have used out of state.
