I will never use this place again. I changed my business address which appears on the front and back of my business card. They only changed the address on the front and then sent me a proof two days later. I sent the proof back stating the address on the back needed to be corrected, and it took another two days to get that correction done. I then called back after another two days and was assured the cards would be done later that day and that I would be called to verify this later that day. Nobody called me back. I called the following afternoon and the person who answered the phone told me that I had been called and a message was left. I searched my messages and there was none. If you need things done promptly and accurately, I would not recommend this place.

Used this place for the high res photos in my tattoo portfolio. Shopped around quite a bit first. They had the best quality and the best price that I could find, which is insane. Walmart charges quadruple the amount for their muddy 8 x 10s. The turnaround was only one day and they called me to notify me of my orders completion. They had great customer service and the photos are very clear and have great value and color accuracy. Im a big snob when it comes to those three things in photography. Everywhere else I go I have to nitpick the photos and have them reprinted with color adjustments. Not the case here. Ill definitely be using this their services again in the future.

I stopped by to have a black and white 24"x36" print made and they told me they couldnt do it. The told me they could send it to the Tempe store but it would take 2 days to print. I dont have two days to wait around. I went to the Fedex on Alma school and the US60 and they printed it right then and there. The price was a little more but it was worth cutting out the hassle.

My store on Baseline does great work and takes extra time and effort to make sure each project is perfect. I know I can count on everything to show my businesses in the best light and they keep records of my old projects which makes updating them easy. I feel like it is a more personal neighborhood business that treats me as a valued customer.

Met an employee who was off duty but wearing the shirt and he was completely rude. I wouldnt do business with this company as a result of this guys actions. A suggestion for the company if your going to hire jerks make sure they are not wearing the uniform when they are being jerks.
