HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called up to the store to ask a quick question - they put me on hold and now its been 23 minutes and I am STILL ON HOLD! NEVER ONCE CHECKING IN AND ASKING IF THEY CAN GET MY NAME AND NUMBER AND GET BACK WITH ME! Tash is a genius at this store but other than her - the service is horrible - how do they not know basic service etiquette about how to make sure that a client doesnt feel ingnored while they wait? Same things happens if you walk into the store - they will let you stand there forever with out even acknowledging you! At this point I am determined to not hang up to see how long it will take them to come back on the line - infuriating the lack of common decency to check back in with the someone and ask if they can continue to hold or get a number? I guess they dont pass the smarter than a 5th grader test! Update after 28 minutes of being on hold the Phillip came back on the phone as if I just called in for the first time and when I said I had been holding for 28 minutes he said "well I have two people in the store and I am here by myself" - NO EXCUSE - pick up the phone and tell me you are busy and get my name and number and call me back when you can! PATHETIC PEOPLE DONT HAVE COMMON COURTESY! SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR NOT TRAINING ASSOCIATES PROPERLY!

The staff might be nice and helpful, but the owner is pathedic. Sent my daughter to pick up new battery for her phone. On the Verizon website and also the corporate location on Sawdust had battery regular price of $29.99 and on sale now for $24.99. This location charged my daughter $65.00 for exact same battery. Went to store to complain only to find out 2 hrs later they dont allow returns. Was also told they now charge for everything, pay your bill there and get charged $3.00. I have told all my kids they are not to step foot in this store again. Drive 5 minutes down road and save a fortune at Verizon Corp store. Person that owns this store must be going broke that they are screwing every person that walks in the door.

My wifes phone was having issues so we took it in. All the girl wanted to do was try to sell us a new phone. When we asked about the phones they had she could not answer any questions as to why a $800 phone was better than a $300 phone. All she could say is "that one is a basic phone" . No information about memory, camera quality etc. She had NO CLUE as to how the phones worked or the differences between them. Needless to say we left. After an hour on tech support my wifes old phone works again. I wont be back to this location.

Buyer beware! This is not a corporate Verizon store! This is third party business. Before you walk into this place to do business you may want to call 611 Verizons customer support number. Ask them the advantages and disadvantages of going to a corporate Verizon store vs. a third party store. They will explain details you might want to know before you buy I wish I would have. Hope this saves someone from a big hassle.

The staff is nice enough, but they are only there to sell phones. They have no knowledge of how to fix phones, or technical issues. They might as well be a mall kiosk. Ive gone here 3 times and each time I have wasted another hour of my life getting excuses and lies about having to purchase a new phone every time I need help with my device. Save your time and go to another Verizon store.

Great Customer service. Kali always has a smile. I needed a new camera put in my phone because I cracked the lens. The manager Phillip was very kind and considerate to my needs of repair, It took him very little time to complete the repair after the part came in. I recommend this location for phone repairs as I will use them again.

I always have a great experience when I come to this Verizon location! The manager, Phillip is very knowledgeable and has helped me choose a plan that is just right for my family. The other employees, Tash and Caron are also helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, great customer service!

Dont waste your time ever going to this store. This is not a corporate Verizon store so there will be numerous items they will never be able to help you with. So save yourself a lot if time, money and trouble and go to a corporate store or someplace like Best Buy where they are much more helpful.

Came in for assistance and Caron was / is the bomb! Truly a professional and sincere customer service. What an asset to Verizon. FYI, the other location I visited was dismissive and only cared about upgrading me. Caron deserves a rise or bonus. OR both.
