This is the worst branch I have ever been to. I am about to cancel my service with T-MOBILE because of the incompetent, dishonest people I had to deal with here. They lie to get you to purchase new phones even when you have a warranty on the old one. I watched them turn customers away because their shift was ending. They wanted to buy brand new phones. And one of the staff members ordered a phone to be delivered under MY ACCOUNT for their PERSONAL USE. 2 months later I am being charged for a $700 phone which someone else signed for. And this is after I already purchased a $700 in store! The lack of morality is disgusting and I have already reported them to corporate. Avoid this place at all costs. Theyll make you want to leave a company you have been with for 5 plus years.

I shouldve known that it was going to end badly when I walked in and told the girl at the counter what I was looking for and all I got back was a blank stare. I inquired about a mobile hot-spot and she had no idea what I was talking about. As someone who has worked in a retail environment for nearly a decade, it seems that training employees to know their product isnt a very important priority anymore. To add more bad service to the experience, they gave me a device with a bad sim card that I had to return to the store to replace. Besides the in store experience, t-mobile has horrible support for their services and devices. I dont ever want to do business with them again.

They need to learn about their own product and services that been offered I dont have your tell them where to look and what you do Their GM was telling this other poor lady that her brand new Samsung Galaxy phone was a horrible device to use square app pay She was told that she needed a iPhone 6s I said really? Thats not right at all All you have t of do is to update your phone and the square payment app, the. All problem is done Of course I was right and she was so happy Thats all I can say

Had to wait a little while; the customer queue ramped up and not enough store reps to attend to everybody. The manager started corralling up his employees after about 5-10 mins and then stepped in to take care of me, since I had been waiting in line longest. He comped me proper, so if that sort of customer care trickles down the chain, you can probably expect some well-above average customer service. Would definitely go out of my way to have service fulfilled here before other local options.

I had a very smooth and easy process switching providers all thanks to the sales associate, Jesus who helped me through it all. He was very detailed and through and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this location and sales associate if youre looking to upgrade or switch providers. The whole staff was very friendly knowledgeable and even helped me pick out some accessories for my new phone. Thank you once again Jesus and the whole staff at T-Mobile!

After being with ATT for a few years and paying the high fees, I recently made the switch to TMobile. With ATT, my service inside my own home was horrible. I would have to go a specific corner of my house or outside just to talk to someone. With Tmobile, those days are gone! Danny was my rep and took very good care of me....even made my bill cheaper then ATT with a few extra devices added for myself and my son! Thanks Danny and Tmobile! You guys rock!

Definitely the worst experience ever, the manager is the stupidest person in the hole t Mobil company, have been dealing with horrible service not only the store but "Houston customer service " Ive emailed corporate office they give you nothing but freaking excuses about well take care of the problems and nothing. Do your selves a favor DONT go to t mobile.

The employees here are great! They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I believe the guy that was helping me was named Jonathan. He was able to see that I knew exactly what I wanted and got me sorted out quickly and without any obnoxious sales tactics like Ive seen at AT&T. I will definitely keep my business with this location.

I had a great expierence at this T-Mobile location, thanks to an employee named Danny. I left with two lines and a smile on my face. Danny is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful regarding my questions and concerns. He helped me find the best plan for my family and I. I couldnt have asked for better customer service.

These guys are by far the worst service ever!! Ive been having connection problems for months now and they cant seem to figure out why.. I cant even use my phone at home because it keeps going in and out of service! I will definitely be switching as soon as I can!!!! They are not even worth a 1star rating

T-Mobile Sucks! I just moved to Texas. Having issues with my phone. After this experience, Im switching providers. I have never been so unhappy with a cell phone company. Ive had nothing but problems since being with T-Mobile.
