The lady that works there tried to make get a new contract and mines did expire yet ...I was on a family plan and wanted to branch off on my own! She wanted me 2 have 2 phones...I told her if she was gonna pay for it because I wasnt...and I wanted an iPhone she wanted me 2 get a galaxy s4 wtf??? And I checked online and I was eligible for an upgrade and the lady said that I wasnt because the computers are wrong....she thought I was a dumb Mexican or something I went to school and everything I know when I have an upgrade......worst service....Dont sell me something I Dont want sell me something I do want!!!

I am in sales and pay close attention to customer service when I visit any business. My many visits to this particular Verizon location has been more than pleasant and painless. Dealing with Jazz and Kayla and their attentiveness to my cellular needs always is a delightful experience. I would bypass three stores to get to this location to eliminate the headaches that normally come with the visits regarding issues with my phone.
