Called store waited over an hour but yet kept telling me we transfer you to another store to help you or "You have approx four customers ahead of you. After an hour give me a break. Your 1 800 customer service only took 1 minute, 1 hr not acceptable @ store location @ Willowbrook Mall, TX. You guys must not want customers.

Well for the most part you better know what you want before you come here. The people here hate customers, your lucky to find good help. . Problems Im sure start from management.... just saying do your research for your own product and know what you want. The less you bother them the better off you are
