NEVER going back!! Such a horrible store!! a bigger male associate "helped" me and was the most unhelpful person. Cant rememeber his name, but he was large, tall, and had dark hair with a matching beard/goatee that connected. He was extremely rude to my 2 year child as well, all because my son was running around joyfully. Oh & Dont bother asking to speak to the manager because he was an idiot and unhelpful too. The employees have no good customer service and not willing to work with you at all! They just told me "well, we cant do this and we cant do that" Really? I went to another verizon store and they helped with absolutely everything! Go the Verizon at Willowbrook or Northwest Freeway. So much more of a better experience than this piece of crap store!! The manager is some young guy, prob 25-35 yrs old. Get a new profession, please. Again, NEVER going back!!

Extremely unhelpful and all they want is your money. Got a brand new phone from them 2 days ago and have left it UNUSED in my room until this morning when I noticed a hairline crack on my phone already that caused 2 buttons not to work, I had not used it other than setting my phone up at the store to this point. When I try to take the phone back to seek out a replacement for my BRAND NEW phone they proceed to tell me there is nothing they can do unless I claim insurance on my brand new phone for $100. He called me a liar and said his store could have "never overseen such an issue", so basically Im screwed for 2 years or unless I give them $100. They only care about your money and the commission they make and could give zero craps about you after they receive your money. Do not go to this store they will cheat you out of your money any way they can.

Went in to this Verizon location because we had questions about our billing and internet speeds because lately it has been very slow. I wish I had a chance to get the ladys name who waited on us because I would put her on blast so hopefully management would see. She was awful. She was rude and condescending taking the "these people just cant pay their bills" attitude instead of a helpful one. She rolled her eyes multiple times and when we told her the problem we were experiencing she rolled her eyes and said "well no-one else has that problem." Terrible service lady. I told her to give me my phone back and I walked out. Just a rude miserable terrible lady to give service like that. If that store manager cared about business they would review her immediately.

Need to do a better job of staffing on weekends and let customers know the approximate wait time. I went to this location on a Sunday afternoon and was told that there was 3 people in front of me which I equated to 15-25 minutes of waiting. I patiently walked around the store for 30 minutes....45 minutes later still no support. I to ask the employee at the front door how much longer it would be, she shrugged her shoulders and said that she could not say.... Will visit the Tomball or woodlands area instead.

I have gone through multiple upgrades at this location and have had very positive experiences each time. J.Clark and Chris J. were awesome. I cant imagine why people have put negative reviews here unless they just didnt understand policy. The customer service is great and I will continue to do business at this location as well as recommend others.

So far so good! I am still working with Nikki and she is AWESOME! She is not a pushy sales gal just interested in getting you the best deal she can and even spent time explaining the different phones and options! I am very impressed so far! I am probably going to switch from AT&T TO THEM! Thanks Nikki! Keep it up girl!

They are so slow, but if you bring in a screaming baby it seems to speed the process up. The one place we hope our child is being annoying as hell. We purposely let him set off alarms. Yeah, were those people!

I got really good service here, which honestly seems to be a rare thing with Verizons these days. I hate the upgrading process and options that Verizon has gone to but they made it painless as possible.
