I needed to replace a DC jack on my laptop. After getting quotes from three other repair shops I went to JPC. They gave a straight forward explanation of what they would do and at half the price of the other shops. I also had a problem with my hinges which they said theyd look into. They were able to get replacement hinges and a cover for very cheap and installed them for next to nothing. Theyre honest and reliable - good people - and I highly recommend them! - (Update) - Had another old laptop that I took in to see if it was worth fixing. After talking with Juan I decided it would be better not to fix it as it was too slow but he had several newer used laptops that he gave me a very good price on one. Much cheaper than buying new and still fast enough for everything I need - very happy with it!

Brought our Ipad Air 2 in for repair after the headphone jack quit working. Dropped off on a Friday morning and the tech said it would be done by end of the day. Didnt get a phone call till Monday. Picked up the Ipad to find the screen was now broken. When we asked the manager/owner he said he didnt break it. Wife came home in tears. They ended up fixing the Ipad, but made us feel as if we had do something wrong. Also took another 5 days to fix. Owner lied several times about when it would be ready. We had used them previously, but dont think we will anymore. Make sure to take photos and document the condition of what you are dropping off. Also test before leaving. Wasnt impressed with the customer service and attitude of the owner.

THIS GUY IS EVIL!!!!!!... I paid him $65 to install Ubuntu LINUX, but he didnt give me the password to the user account or the keyring and he disabled the modem, audio, video and other features. I went back in and asked him for the password, he said, "I dont know, you have to Google it" with a baffled look on his face... he thought I would bring it back and pay him Well guess what DB... I did Google it. I learned how to bypass the primary boot to the root command, and after I reset the password I reset the user account back to admin from custom by enabling all the features you turned off you jack wagon. Then I had to delete the keyring password you set and create another one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I brought my computer to Juan a couple of days ago and was very concerned that I had lost some priceless pictures of family ( grandchildren). I had hundreds and hundreds of pictures buried in folders that were no longer in my computer that I could find. After leaving it with him for a couple of days, my wife and I went back with the resolve to pay just about any price to get those pictures. He told us the pictures werent lost but buried in folders within folders. I offered to pay him $100 at least for his efforts but he said to take that money and take my wife out to dinner. He is a very honest and professional man.

Great customer service! Love their free estimate policy. I never look forward to computer problems but I will definitely visit them again when problems arise. They were very honest and open about not letting a repair to my daughters laptop go above the actual value of the laptop. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. My computer had been hacked. JPC understood the problem and cleaned up the affected files. I had one problem with implementation and JPC responded immediately and got me into full operation. I will gladly go back when i need service and will recommend JPC to my friends.

I cracked my LCD screen on my laptop and needed it switched out. I called Geek Squad and quite a few other places before finding JCP. They did the work at 1/3 of the price and had my laptop back to me in less than 2 hours! I easily saved over $100. Great place and very reliable.
