Do NOT judge this store from one person in the store who either didnt know what they were doing or who are probably new. ive been going to this store for about a year now with not only the silliest questions but for technical help and they have been there for me every time. there is always someone at the door waiting to greet you and help.Toni, Joseph, and Enam were not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful with technical problems and adjusting my phones plans to help me save money. This is the only att store i will go to with confidence that i will be taken care of. So word of advice, be patient and find YOUR ATT guy/girl. Did you know they have business phones so you can reach them personally??? ...i do my best not to bug Toni lol Thanks guys!!!

Worst customer service ever! i have been into this store several times. The wait is always so long and usually results in frustration and me leaving empty handed. The staff is not trained on the devices. They cannot tell you the differences between them or help in any way to answer questions about compatibility or comparison of what you have and are looking to buy. Most recently i called to see if they had a product in stock and i was put on hold for 17 minutes before i hung up. when i called back no one could tell me who answered the phone or who i was speaking to. I have found there to be ONE (1) knowledgeable employee, Erik. It is worth waiting for him or scheduling an appointment with him to come back.

Avoid this store and make the drive to another if you must. They call them selves a corporate store and are not willing to help the common customer. Not to mention they are rough around the edges and very unprofessional for they are condensing and inept. The whole team seems reluctant to help and rude when you call them on it, as they are suppose to be sales associates, yet they failed the tasks and duties miserably. I imagine the management (Enam and Kevin C.) of this store deserves the blame for their associates attitudes. Bad management translates into bad employees, morale, and attitudes. THIS SEEMS TO BE A THEME WITH AT&T; there service has suffered dearly lately with a desending product.

If you go into the store talk to Peter the manager, hes the only one who seems awake and cares. Others seem to go through the motions. I got 4 iphones there recently - they showed me a map of my home in Lake Windcrest and said I got the highest level of signal they provide. But in reality my calls are often garbled and yesterday I shelled out another $150 to get a mini cell for my home. I suggest waiting for Verizon to get the iphone before jumping to ATT

Two significantly bad experiences here. The manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, she is extremely rude and has no idea what customer service is about. The employees are shady, and will take advantage of anyone to make their pnl look good. I absolutely recommend going to any other store, or just calling, rather than go here. When I called to file a complaint, it was made clear that they have a reputation.

I Was greeted at the door and helped right away. Rep seemed knowledgeable and willing to take action. He could not transfer service from one iphone to another (an authorization issue, I need to solve on my end), but gave me detailed instructions to do so myself (including how to resolve the authorization problem.) I read only bad reviews for this store and was expecting the worse... Not quite. Like I said, I was well taken care of.

I entered the store at 9:00 AM, the time recommended on their Website. I was met at the door by Mike (fantastic customer service), I explained that I had dropped my phone. Within 20 minutes (-) I walked out of the store with a new phone ordered and expected to arrive within 24 hours. Mike was professional and personal and he handled all of the insurance details, all I did was show up, THANKS Mike, GREAT service.

If you buy ATT - stay away from this store!! Go to the Sawdust Rd. store in the Woodlands; they are professional and helpful. The reps at the Magnolia store really want your money but dont want to help you after the product is sold. I hope that Mr.Rodriquez, the manager, reads this because they did not send me a customer service survey when I purchased the phone.

I wanted to purchase a headset, the rep didnt know much about the items and when I tried to get my employee discount, the rep said it wasnt available. I guess he was in a hurry because he kept looking at his watch every 3 minutes. I now have to drive to another AT&T store just to get a rep that knows what theyre doing.

If I had the ability - theyd get a negative number. Lied about install fees, services have never worked properly. 4 service calls and this last call - they never even SHOWED UP. Call center - Mark a supervisor- of Michigan call center was the rudest man Ive ever spoken to. No resolution. Never again.

We dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and there were plenty of people working there, so there was no wait. Kayla was outstanding. My father is elderly so dealing with him requires patience, and Kayla connected with him and took great care of him. I was impressed. Thank you.

Customer Service - It was time to replace one of our phone devices. It took us less than 15 min to decide which was the best fit, do the switch and leave the store with the new phone properly working... Great experience.

Organized waiting line, not more than a 15 minute wait. The staff were very helpful, and accepted to give me a simcard added to my sisters line by speaking to her and verifying the process via phone, all in 10 minutes.
