Stay away from this place. Dont trust that 4+ star rating for this location. I have visited this place for my iPhone5 repair on 11/21/2015. They charged me for opening my phone and for diagnosis. It doesn’t have any major repairs expect a little snapped off lcd panel. A person named George was assisting me. After diagnosis, he said my battery has to be replaced. I never had any issues with my battery. So, I have decided not to do anything on my phone and requested them to assemble it back with out any repairs. After they returned my phone I have seen bunch of dark spots inside of lcd screen. I have revisited them and asked them what it was. He said it was the dust when they opened my phone it got caught in my lcd panel. And, he didnt even apologize for their inept skills of handling phones. I kept my cool. Then I requested him to clean it. He said they couldn’t do it. And he also said that only thing they can do was replacing the entire lcd panel for a better price. It didn’t make sense to me. I feel like they purposely did add that dust into my phone because I have denied replacing battery. It’s annoying that I paid them to put dust in my lcd panel. Dont trust that 4+ star rating for this location. It deserves negative 5 rating. It’s a bluff place. Stay away from them. You can see the lcd panel image of my phone on google images of this location. Thank you.

I love this repair store. Employees - George, Saul and Bill are very friendly, helpful and very patient in helping the customers. I brought my broken iPhone 5 to the store for repair. Due to my negligence of maintaining my cell phone, I ended up with buying a new iPhone 5s. They helped setting up for me. I am really thankful to them. Since, they are so nice to the customers, I also bought a Otto Box, a charging cable and an iPad cover. I was so happy to find a good repair shop. They also received my phone call from my home and help me solving miscellaneous and trivial technical questions pertaining to my iPhone 5s. So, I give them a "5" rating out of 5. By the way, I am a real Dr. IPhone customer and not paid by them in this review. On 09/26/2016, I had a problem with my iPhone 5s. Seems like it could not fine my Carrier, AT & T. I took it to AT&T, they could not fix it. I sought help from 3 repair technicians, they also could not help me. I went back to this particular store, Finally, Me. Bill Sutton, fixed it for me. I would say he is the best iPhone repair technician. I would recommend the Company to promote him to a supervisory position, because he is so knowledgeable and capable in the cell phone repair business. Thanks again !! James Yong a happy and satisfied customer. 09/29/2016

I DO NOT trust this place! When I dropped off my phone they told me about an hour wait. After two hours of not hearing anything, my boyfriend and I return to see whats taking so long. We wait inside for about 15 minutes, to receive a call from the place saying my phone is finished... while we are sitting inside. When I get to the car I notice that my camera gallery had been recently opened, when I know that I was on FB when I dropped my phone and it broke. For them to open the camera is understandable, so they can make sure it still works after the repair. But to open my pictures, and scroll over half way through them? That is completely unacceptable! I have reasons to believe these people were going through and doing who knows what with my personal information! When I confronted them, they gave me excuses such as "ghosting" (which my phone has never done before, and after the repairs) and reassured me they would never so such a thing. Than how do you explain my gallery being opened and scrolled through? Not to mention my phone screen is now loose and cracking, not even a week after repair, even though I purchased an Otter Box and screen protector at their location. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. -5 stars.

UPDATE: So the company has recently changed mamagememt and have made amends with my previous complaint. The new manager is veey respectful and passionate about excellent customer service. Hopefully there will ne no more problems in the future. OP: I broke my screen awhile back. They did a great job fixing the screen, but told me that I might need a new battery soon, and that theyd fix it for $100. I told them I dont have the money for that right now, and the phone was brand new, so there shouldnt have been a problem with the battery. So this never touched batter is starting to go out, right? I take it to Cell Phone Repair, and they fix it for $40! Without telling them about my previous fix they day that the battery isnt new and has definitely been replaced before. Long story short: turns out Dr. Cell Phone likes to do quick fixes and also a little extra to guarantee future customers who are foolish enough. DONT GO. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR PROBLEM WORSE AND SCAM YOU.

It was getting hard to change my IPhone 5S. One repair shop looked at it, and said they would replace the charging port for $50. I wanted to think about it since the phone was so old. After reading good reviews about Dr Cell Phone, I decided I would take it there to be fixed if the price was about the same as my other quote. The tech at Dr. Cell Phone looked at it, tested it and said it might just be lint. After about 30 seconds, he brought it back to me all fixed. He said he sees it all the time, and he didnt even charge me. Im sure the other repair shop sees this all the time as well, but they wanted to make a quick $50. The character and honesty shown by Dr. Cell Phone was great to experience. If I ever need a cell phone repaired Im going to Dr. Cell Phone.

Bunch of irresponsible kids that not knowing the business principles, customer service and not even technical. Called in, a day before to get a quote on unlocking 2 phones. After waiting on hold for few minutes (verification for price) I was told $29.95 for each. After I drove almost across the town to let them do it, they just turned around and said $89.99 each!!! I told them about the quote that I have, and the rep told me "you didnt talk to me!" unbelievable... I shared the story with friend of mine, and he told me that he had to take his cell phone for speaker issue. He had to wait little more than a week, but he noted they fixed the speaker and busted the mic. Strongly recommend to AVOID!

Went in to fix my sisters broken screen on her iPhone 5. The store is clean and bright with lots of accessories for iPhones, Blackberry, Samsung, and many more! They also fix iPads, laptops, and game systems too! The representative was nice and informative. He even informed me about the assist button on the iPhone! The price was $99, plus tax, for a broken screen, which was sooooo much better than the Apple Store! The Apple Store charges $140 for a broken screen. I had my iPhone fixed at the Apple Store before. So glad I found this place! The service was fast also. They had the iPhone ready in less than an hour. Save money and come here instead!
