Dont even THINK about stopping Here !!! These people are absolutely scum bags. And I will explain why... they greet you with friendly faces but there to take you for your money. They ARE NOT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE. In reality there like a kiosk at the mall just trying to open as many accounts as possible. They mess with your account add lines to your Verizon plan and tack on lines after line trying push you into a new phone with the promise they will shut down your extra line once your new plan opens. This A total lie and was promised I can keep my unlimited data + text and calls. If I were to open an extra line. I ended up losing my grandfather plan and also have and $1200 bill for one line this month! Now they say they cannot close the extra line. they originally opened even if they wanted too. And will just have go pay the extra 250 until contract runs out. Not being able to use that extra phone line is like throwing money down the drain. There you go, $1400 to waist. Im tired of all the excuses they make and call after call I have to make to fix these problems they sell you insurance 8$ per month and when your phone is acting wrong and malfunctioning they will first tell you to reset the phone and if that doesnt work. They say you have probably put It though water and will have to buy another 700$ phone separately. I went to an actual corporate store and they say the phone dose not have insurance at all. If you want to avoid head ache. Stay away !!! Stay away!!! Stay away!!! What will be next ? Who knows but Im sure they have a follow up scam. Unless they fix my problem I will never take this review off.. the manager there is Tanya very friendly until you go in with a problem also the other owner/ manager will slide you in until you cannot come out of the hole your in. Do your self a favor and just steer clear, go to an actual Verizon store this location promise to save you money and do you favors and dont deliver. Not recommended to do good business...

Very rarely do I give low stars but do not go here. We switched from T-Mobile and have had nothing but issues dealing with this specific store. First we never received the credit to our account and had to go to corporate who told us we would not receive the amount promised from the store manager. After fighting it for 2months, we finally got what we asked for. Then we tried to return a hotspot which we were told was free and wouldnt be charged, but we were. When we tried to return it November, they told us to come back in May due to the promotion. So we went back and the manager wasnt in. 2 more times we tried to go in and the manager was never there. Finally we had to call corporate again in order to return the stupid thing. I love Verizon but this store is a joke.

I came in to the store cause my galaxy S4 stopped working. I went to different stores before that, and they keep on telling me its a software issue and theres nothing they can do about it. But the employees of this store gave me options that none of the other stores did. They worked with me and got me approved for an early upgrade. Im so sick and tired of hearing other stores not being able to stuff for me, this was actually the only store that look for solutions instead of identifying problems. JUST LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! and i recommend anybody whose been denied proper attention to go to this store and i promise you would walk out a happy camper!!!

This store has the best staff ever!!! They are courteous and very easy to talk to. They really know their products and services and they go out of their way to know your preferences, like how much internet you use in a month or if you do a lot of downloading and stuff so they can give you the best deals according to your needs. In a nutshell, they know the right questions to ask without overwhelming you and they give you a product which is not only affordable, saves you time and money but is tailor fitted to your needs. I would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends!

I accidentally dropped my phone, it wouldnt turn on and I needed a replacement phone right away. This was the closest location to where I was then and the staff here are really accommodating. Not only did I get a new phone, but I also got a great deal with the plan they gave me. Paul is the guy to talk to, he is very precise with the specs you want and need. Very very helpful. Gary and Jay were as helpful as well. Overall, very good teamwork at this location. I dont usually give reviews, but these guys are too great not to leave one. Thanks!

Excellent customer service/experience has almost become a thing of the past. It is unicorn rare to get one these days. This store delivers awesome customer experience! Got a great deal (exactly what I wanted/needed) and you know how important this is coz some guys for some reason keep on messing this up for theyre pushy and they try to sell you what they want to sell you and not what you actually need. I visited the store 3 weeks ago. Talked to Paul when I was there. Such an amazing guy he knows what hes doing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Do not get the "Free Tablet" These people will trick you saying that all you need is to open another line for the tablets 4G data but in reality youre paying retail price for it on your next bill. Our bill was $140/month for 4GB and it shot up to $200/month and they dropped our data to 3GB! On top of that we were suppose to get credit for trading in our 2 old phones and we got $0. They are pathetic! We would of got $400 for our old phones at Best Buy. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL CAUSE!

Horrible!!! Liars!!! So I was told if take another line out the phone will be free and all I had to pay was the activation fee. I was never told they were going to charge me $5 a month. We got a plain basic phone and he said it will be free. I looked on my account and it said I owe $115 and it will be $5 a month. When the guy never told me thathat he said it was FREE. Real quick to lie so I can open up another line. I will never go there again. And yall be careful when they say its FREE Lies!!

one of the best stores I have been to. they know what they are talking about. most helpful, courteous people . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would always go over there and recommend everyone to go there. I first went there with a problem, they sorted everything out for me, called customer service for me, did all the legwork and for the same issue I went to several Verizon stores before and they kept on giving me a run around. so thumbs up for that store and I LOVE them.

Been going to this store for my personal account and business accounts for at least 6 or 7 years now. Ive set up two company accounts over the years, each with a dozen or more lines. Gary and his staff are the nicest people. Honest, friendly, doesnt get better than this. I have probably been to their store two or three dozen times over the better part of a decade, and purchased dozens of phones and phone lines over the years. Great people, and a great store.
