Do not repair your phone in this place, youll waste your money. Heres my story. I went to this location to replace my Samsung Galaxy s6 screen. The technician took my phone and finished the work just in 30 minutes, I was a little impressed how fast it was but the result was horrible, he put a different screen color. But before giving him the phone I commented him that I would trade my phone with my Phone Carrier. So, when he finished he was like "oh look I put a different color but it will be okay, The store(T-mobile) will still accept it". I paid for the repair and left. Later, while checking the phone I noticed that the screen was a little up and it could actually move up and down, so I pushed it down just using my thumb and then it cracked, so the next day I went back to this place and the guy told me that they didnt have more screens and to come back the next day and that the repair would take him for 4 hours. Today they had the screen but this guy wanted me to pay the full price again but on Monday he said the screen had a 30 days warranty, and if something happened I would just pay $10 for the new screen replacement. But today he told that the warranty doesnt cover cracks, but scratches. Since I heard that I knew this guy was trying to rip me off, so I left and when to another place, this new place charged me over $200 for the screen replacement but they did a very good job. I wont say the name this place where they my phone was left looking like new one, I dont want you guys to think I just making publicity for that place but if someone is interested its by westheimer and wilcrest.

I know every one has his own experience I am glad the rest of you had pleasant experience with this business but I didnt. Let me break it down to you. 1. I walked in on Thursday. The attendant was very pleasant he gave me the price on my broken screen phone roughly less than $90 so I gave them a try. Here is the catch, I have to give them all the money first then theyll order the part with the money I gave them and the part will be here tomorrow(Friday) at 2 pm. 2. Friday, at 5 pm I was trying to drop off the phone he told me again that the part is here but the technician is not. He asked me to come back again tomorrow(Sat) at 10 am. 3. Saturday at 10:20 I was here and no body was here but finally he came in to open the store he told me to leave it with him and be back in an hour. 4. I came back 2 hrs. Got the phone but they got glue over speaker then the phone wont read the sim and rhetoric screen didnt fit right. They told me to come back for another 3 hrs. I have to cancel 2 appointments. Just to get my phone today so I left. 5. I came back almost 4 hours later they said it will be another 20 mins. So I told him Ill wait. 10 minutes has passed , he said they have to order more stuff to get it right. They have me running around for so many times I am not sure is it me or them. I have my phone replaced many time before but this is the worst one so I asked for my phone back I have to pay CPR phone repaire to make it back to normal. They are more expensive but they wont waste your time there

I must correct myself from what I posted yesterday. I thought they fixed my iPad, but I spoke too soon. They told me that I didnt need to replace the part where I insert the charger to charge it. They said that it only needed to be cleaned. Well the cleaned it and then plugged in one of their chargers and it was charging. However, when I got home I tried to charger it and it didnt charge. I tried 5 different chargers and not one of them charged my iPad. So I took it back to them at Gadget MD on Westheimer across from the Capital One bank. And Now they tell me that I need to change the same part that they told me yesterday I didnt need to change. Now I already paid them to do what they said needed to be done. But my iPad is still in the same condition it was in when I brought it to them. So do I pay them more money to fix what they said was fixed? I would be a fool if I did.... I feel like the way they were with me yesterday was a way to get me to keep coming back to pay more and more money. Who can you trust in matters like these.... The ones whom were suppose to be able to trust seem to be the ones who are only out to get our money running scams to get it.... Therefore, the best thing to do is take it manufacturer or the company we get our things from. Now I know that all arent like this, but when we run into the ones that are we should expose them so that others dont fall victim to them.....

Please stay away from this crooks who use cheap material and does not honor there warranty. I went to this location to get a screen replaced on Samsung galaxy phone S3. When I called Frank E. quoted me a price of $60- 70. When I made it to the location he tells me it will cost $160 but he will give me a deal of $140. The phone is not worth $140 but i had valuable information that I needed out of the phone. He told me to come back in 4 hours. 2 days later I see a long horizontal crack running across my phone. I tried contacting them but I got ignored. I took the phone to another shop and was told this was cheap $10 screen that was used. Please stay away!!!!!!!!

I took my iPhone in for repair after I dropped it and could only get a blank screen. I went to the new location on Westheimer and Shueyb and a team member was able to repair my phone in just a few minutes. All my info in my phone was thankfully saved. Shueyb recommended I get a tempered glass so I wouldn’t have this happen again. He was very nice and explained things very well. The cost was reasonable too. Thank you, Shueyb. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.

We were told they work on our gadgets right there and they never take them out. This is a lie, they have had my sisters phone for 3 days! We were told 3 days ago we would be able to pick it up at 6pm the day after, went buy the guy took it home to work on it! Went back today and STILL not done. NEVER using this horrible excuse for gadget repair again! Not worth however much they plan to overcharge me!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired and the audio on my phone started messing up, the ring tone no longer workes anymore. They acted like it was my fault the phone was doing that, but I didnt start acting up until I brought it to this piece of crap store. I absolutely REGRET getting my phone done here, couldve been one of the worst decisions Ive ever made.
