Soooooo i just wrote the best review about this place the day before yesterday when i got my phone fixed ,but unfortunately i needed to edit it today.So i went to this place to get my iPhone 6 fixed cause my screen was cracked horribly. When i got my phone back everything was good but my side button that controlled the ringer& mute, but i didnt mind .I was just happy that everything was fixed (so i thought.).So not even the next day Im face timing & video chatting and it went from people saying it sound like i was far away from the phone to people not being able to hear me at all. !!So before i even took it up there I called to tell them the problem & they was like okay cool well just bring it in & we will see whats the problem.So i take it up there & dude basically told me that my speaker part wasnt working & said that the part will be $29.99. Now thats not a lot of money but being that i spent $150.00 to get the freaking phone fixed ("which was also a so called discount")that is ridiculous ! So with paying for that part too it would basically be $200 bucks which in that case i could of bought a whole new freaking phone!!!!!Being that my phone is off & Im basically just using it for FaceTime Im highly upset & angry .Its basically no use for me right now . Im also a college student & dont have money to be wasting on things that doesnt benefit me .Also the only reason why i even got it fixed for that price was because i was told ill have warranty on it but its just for the screen (which he didnt make clear before hand),and Im thinking well you get what you pay for but I could of went somewhere & got it fixed for $100 bucks in that case !!! It all sounded good before they convinced me to let them fix it but its all a bunch of bs !!!. I basically just wasted $150 bucks & gas just to go back up there & hear they couldnt do nothing to help me .Now i dont mean to be a debbie downer or come here & ruin the great reviews,but Im just speaking from my experience which is basically A WASTE OF MONEY & TIME !!!

Short version: they stopped communicating with my once they realized they couldnt fix my tablet. I havent gotten it back, nor the parts I paid for to fix it. Brought in a tablet with a broken screen. I had the replacement screen with me, and just needed someone with more experience to heat gun the screen itself from the LCD. I explained this is what I needed and asked if they could do it. They said sure, took my tablet, and then I got a call a few days later saying it was too difficult to get the screen off and that they wanted to order the part that includes the LCD on the screen already, and that they would charge me half price on the labor from the original quote. They showed me the quote of the new part, and said either I could order it myself (faster shipping), or they could order it and charge me. I ordered it myself, took about a week and dropped it off. Turns out that one didnt work either. They offered to mail it back for me, and gave me a few options (order another and home it work, get with Dell specifically to make sure we have the right screen), but I did say, "YES, return the screen that doesnt work." I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since. Never got back the screen I originally ordered and the return period has passed. The second (more expensive) screen was never mailed back, and the return period has passed. They still have my broken tablet. I have called and texted my point of contact with not response. In total, I have paid over $60 in parts for a repair that was suppose to be $40 total, and I still dont have a working tablet to show for it.

Took two phones to get fixed. IPhone 6+ with cracked screen and iPhone 5S to fix charging port. iPhone 6+ plus screen is working fine 1 day post. Left the store with a new charging port on iPhone 5S that was hard for cable to get in (not so happy but hey it was showing it was charging, better than nothing) However, charged my iPhone 5S with new port overnight and did not charge at all. It showed on the screen it was charging but did not charge one bit. Took it back once they opened today, and was told it was the battery. A new port was placed and it would still not charge, they changed the battery and problem fixed. For a moment I thought they were telling me I had to pay for a new battery since according to them it was the problem. I was getting angry because the battery was working fine before taking the charging port to get fix. What I liked it they kept their cool even though I was aggravated (sorry for that). They apologized for the misunderstanding and were just explaining what they did and I did not have to pay for a new battery. Now it charges fine so far. Not so happy about going back to store twice. Would have liked for things to get fixed in one try, but hey, things happen. 4 stars for lost time. However, they do a quick job. Phone was fixed under 1 hr. Customer service was great. If everything turns out great with phones, I would definatively go back. Plus 90 day warranty.

Had a great experience with Cellairis today! Linda took care of my iPhone 6 which had slipped into a cup of water in my car. She was able to open the phone, diagnosis what was still ruined, replace my screen, new battery, new back metal plate and gave me a custom Triple Protection Promise with a Cellairis protective case, a Cellairis shell shock tempered glass screen protector and a Cellairis promise to repair or replace my screen for as long as I own the phone and accidentally damage the screen. All of this with the discounted specials and done on the spot while I did finished my shopping in the store! They even helped me custom the case with pictures of my grandchildren! The people there seemed great they were 2 men, they took care of us fast they even convinced us to buy cases that supposedly protects your phone and will not crack if you drop it! We had no problems until after we left the store the phone fell in the same parking lot and cracked with the case we paid for, we were suppose to go back to get 100 insurance but never went back! I got my phone checked out bythe Apple Store and they said they put the CHEAPEST screen on there! Please dont go here.. Check with your Apple Store if you had your phone less than a year you can get a BRAND NEW ONE for free! Dont let these fools touch your phone!! What should have been free cost me 300 dollars!

I was walking by with a cracked iPhone 6 that would cut me when I placed to my ear so I was speaking to everyone on speaker phone. One of the guys approached me and for a very reasonable price (cheapest I found in the area) replaced my screen and thats not it. They gave me an amazing deal on a screen protector, head phones and case... it didnt end there! I also purchased a warranty so that if I shattered my screen again they will fix it for free. They were extremely helpful and offered beverages while I waited. I will recommend Cellairis to all of my friends and co workers with broken Iphones or software issues with their phones.. Feels like I have a brand new phone! Thanks
