We did not have a pleasant experience here. We went to use our insurance to get another phone and Harry told us we could get a Samsung Galaxy s5 for $144. We asked him if that was ALL we had to pay at least three times and he said yes. So we decided to get a new one since this was the third time we had to pay a $100 deductible it get a refurbished phone. We bought the phone for $144 plus $43 for a service charge for helping us with our phone. When we checked our email we realized that we had unknowingly signed a contract for a NEW PHONE WITH A MONTHLY PAYMENT! We were NEVER told anything about this. The $144 was to pay off the old phone. We went to a reputable Verizon store and asked them what to do. He told us we could return the phone. We returned to the Verizon franchise store to return the phone and get the old phone back to use our insurance. Not only did they charge us $70 for a restocking fee but the phone was SUPPOSEDLY GONE. The restocking fee at a regular Verizon store is $35. We paid the fee and they cancelled the contract. We returned to the reputable Verizon store and purchased a Samsung Galaxy s7 plus we received a glass screen, a case, and a car charger for $20 more. After we got home we checked our Verizon account and found that the non-franchised store had ordered a jet pack, a Samsung s5, a Samsung s7, an iPad mini against our account. We have had to call Verizon 6 times to try to get our account corrected and get the charges removed. This is not a reputable Verizon store and I recommend that anyone who goes there checks their account for fraudulent charges. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

This location made me feel like i was getting scammed. They didnt have the phone in the color i wanted, so I asked about the availability of other locations. He would only check the availability of the other locations HE OWNED and told me everyone else was sold out. I kept asking about a specific location Anns he said he couldnt get thru to talk to anyone on the phone, but that they show to be sold out. So I call on my own phone, got right thru, and was told they have an abundance of them anna u could go right over to get one. He lied to make a sale amd tried TOO hard to get me to pick a different phone be had on hand. Tacky!

DO NOT GO THERE, Harry Singh is sketchy (and not because he is Indian). I upgraded to an iPhone 7. When I went to pay Harry Singh took my card around the corner for few seconds to swipe it. He also looked over my shoulder when I input my pin. I had CREDIT CARD FRAUD on that card a couple of days later... an odd coincidence. Harry also added other protection fees to my account that we did not discuss in the store. I had to call Verizon to cancel those additional fees that I did not authorize. Also the iPhone 7 he sold me is not working properly and I will need to go swap it out for a new one. Extremely dissatisfied.

Bought a $40 charger and not even 2 months later it stopped working. Took it to the store to get a different one since it cost so much and this is where I purchased it at and I have to take care of it online. This is an inconvenience as I didnt buy it off line and I will be getting my Verizon products at a different location. I have always gotten better help than I did here. Dont recommend. (I dont even want to give them a star)

I am very pleased that I came to this Verizon store to get my new phone. Ive been shopping for awhile, have been to several Verizon stores in the area, but never got the sort of attention I needed to help me make all the decisions I had to make. At this store, things were different! Jared gave exactly the kind of help I have been needing, and I walked out happy with my choices. I heartily recommend this Verizon store.

Had we known that this is not a direct Verizon retailer, we would have gone elsewhere. Staff is rude. Will never return. Beware of their promotions - they have no documentation to give you about any sale theyre having, you just have to take their word on it and possibly get screwed in the end.

The manager Harry was very informative and kind. He answered all of my questions with ease. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a brand new phone. If your short on time and need all of your question answered promptly this is the Verizon store to go to.
