If I didnt think this was one of my worst experiences dealing with a small business, I wouldnt be doing this. Im not trying to ruin a business, im trying to give business to owners who run a proper business, who deserve to be compensated with your hard earned money. This is not one of them. That is what online reviews are about. Maybe it was the poorly written note on the door that said they wouldnt open till noon on the Tuesday after Memorial Day, that should of scared me off. Maybe it was the slob who stumbled out the back room who talked down to the woman waiting before me, that shouldve scared me off. Maybe it was when the same woman told me to "Just wait, Ive been here three times the past week." That should of scared me off. I came on my lunch break that Tuesday and had a simple cracked screen on my Iphone 5s replaced. The screen had been cracked for over 3 weeks and was still more than operational. I dropped the phone off and an hour later picked it up and had to get back to the office. Over the next week the screen would have parts that were completely unresponsive. I brought it back 5 days later. The same guy begrudgingly replaced the screen for free again. He said it was working before he replaced it anyway. I picked the phone up and then went back to the office. In a meeting 2 hours later I looked at the phone and screen had a new small crack running down the upper right hand corner and the phones screen was now slightly loose. The previous issue was now completely exacerbated to the point the point the phone was unusable. I brang the phone back immediately. The same slob told me "well bro it wasnt broke when you picked it up." I could have the screen replaced for 80 dollars "bro." Im not his bro, im his customer who is paying a good chunk of change for what is really 10 minutes of work. I told him I wouldnt pay him another dime to touch my phone again. I brought my phone to the Apple Store yesterday. I was told the screen was completely incompetently replaced internally. The LCD needed to be replaced and should of been easily diagnosed with just what I said was happening. Im now out over 200 dollars, because all this guy knows how to do is remove the glass and pop in a new screen. Well actually he doesnt know how to even do that. Dont fall into the trap of paying 10 to 20 dollars cheaper to have your screen replaced here and god forbid you bring your phone in for something more serious. Theres plenty of options in the area, go there.

Terrible place. I went in to have my screen replaced because it was cracked. Everything worked fine, no issues with the display or how my phone would operate. I had Jonathan replace my screen on a Thursday night. Friday morning I get my phone from the nightstand and the screen is all black. The phone is on because I get notifications and it is vibrating, but the screen is black. I went in and had them take another look at it. They said it was because of a "update" I needed to do on the phone. Which does not make sense. Two days later my phone is doing the same thing again once or twice a day...until it just gave up. I took it to the Apple store for a diagnosis and they told me the installed display was faulty and that an update would not cause the phone to go black. It is ridiculous that these people at Cell Phone Fix will not stand behind the poor work they did. Do not waste your time and money. Jonathan is dishonest and does not provide good service nor reliable parts. Now I am out of $100 when Apple will charge me $130 to get the same service and it will be CERTIFIED. They give small businesses bad rep.

I found this great cell phone repair shop just off of fm 1960 & Aldine Westfield in Spring, Texas, where I previously had my samsung galaxy fixed, a few months ago.... this time I was having problems with my iphone and my screen was cracked. ..I went to the shipleys donuts to grab a dozen donuts and I dropped my iphone on the ground...my cracked screen was now shattered !! I went straight to those helpful guys at cell phone fix usa!! Once again my experience was a great one! The tech in the store is always very helpful, kind , and knowledgeable, he does A+ work in a timely manner. I had to leave my iphone overnight this time...the tech explained in detail what the repair entailed ...and how much it was going to cost before I left the store ...the next morning I picked up my iphone and it looked like a BRAND NEW PHONE....thanks again cell phone fix usa... ....your loyal customer, L. keathley

Owner said part would have to b ordered. 1 month later still no part. Called again n owner said part would be ready 1200 next day. Its 130 now n still no part. Starting to feel like a huge waste of time. Will update IF I LET THE FIX IT. I own a business myself n this is no way to do business. SMH at these people. Do not come here. Absolutely no products for sale here. GO ELSEWHERE. .....DRIVE DOWNTOWN IF YOU HAVE TO...DRIVE TO DALLAS IF YOU HAVE TO. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I Let this ripoff place replace the charging port on my phone. The supposedly new port was also bad. Went back to get old one put back in and he refused to do so now refunded my money. Now Im stuck with a phone that the charging cord wont stay plugged in. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK.

Came by her yesterday around 6:45, was not sure if they would have time to fix my phone because I knew they closed at 7. The guy in the back was real friendly and said that even though my repair took about an hour to an hour and a half ( I have a Samsung S4 with a broken front glass) that he would be happy to stay past closing to complete my repair. He even gave me the opportunity to choose which color glass I wanted ( I chose the red because I thought it looked cool ) He completed the work in about 45 minutes for only 80 dollars. My phone looks better than new because of the new color. I would reccomend this place to anyone near Spring, Texas that needs their cell phone repaired . 5/5

After letting my 6 year old play with my phone, I soon discovered 2 things: one my charge port is now broken and letting ur 6 year old play with ur phone is not a good idea. After finding them online I decided to see if they could fix my port. I called a few other places first but nobody seemed to fix ZTE phones but luckily they said they could. Left my phone for about 2 hours and it is was good as new. The tech even replaced the back cover of my phone that was cracked for no extra charge and gave me a coupon for 15% off my next visit.... Even though I hope my phone doesnt break again. I Would highly recommend this place to others. ***** 5 stars
