Me and my Husband been with Tmobile for over 5 years now and we just got some new phones about 4 months ago and they are not working we been haveing problems with them. I went inside this location and there was about 8 to 10 people working that day. And they was just all talking to each other like they didnt want to help me and i was the only customer inside the store. I went inside to see what is going on with my phone and a guy helped me after a little bit of time being there and just to say that he cant do anything to help me because its nothing wrong with my phone and I no it is. I been haveing problems with it about a month after I had it i called the customer service department and everything. Dont get me wrong I love T-mobile thats why I been with them so long and I have never had any problems out of any phone that I got from them but this one. And I understand that of course when I go inside a local T-Mobile store that my phone will work because it is a T-Mobile phone and Im inside the store and yall have boosters and everything else but my phone dont work any where else. Wow. But this location has very bad customer service and I mean the worst customer service you can ever have. I will never go back to this Location again. Ever in my life and I will let other people no not to ever go here either. The best T-mobile Location I been to is the one off of 45 and 1960. And the other one kinda bye the Willowbrook area.

First of all I had EVERY INTENTION on buying a new phone and I read the reviews for this store, but since it was the closest one to me I went anyways. Plus everyone knows that most reviews get posted only because someone had a bad experience or didnt get their way. My galaxy S5 has been messing up all weekend and its annoying. After days of googling and researching I finally gave up and went into the T-Mobile store. Of course the phone suddenly starts working (Awesome for me, now I look like a complete idiot). Doesnt matter, Im done and I want a new phone. The guy helping me appears to be annoyed by something. Um ok, weve all had those days/moments, whatever. So I proceeded to help him by asking about a particular phone (Galaxy S7 edge) and what deals they have right now. "Well black Friday is already done so theres really no deals now" sales associate. Um, its only Sunday and Cyber Monday is tomorrow. Little does he know Ive already researched T-Mobiles website and know the deals. Now Im annoyed. So just to confirm, I ask again, so theres no deals going on right now. Oh wait, now he suddenly remembers 1 deal about getting a free ipad with added plan. Some people arent meant to be in customer service. Ive got nothing against T-Mobile as a service, but honestly their website had better customer service than this guy. AND no I didnt get phone!

This store has horrible customer service. The manager named by "BEE" is terrible and did not help me at all. The only help she gave us was giving us the customer service number and seemed like she didnt care about my phone not working. She could of at least try and suggest other options but only for us to call customer service to get a replacement which I dont want to do again because phones keep messing up. So all she offered was a # and the store phone(which had very poor signal). The other employees where just there talking and laughing not paying attention to us whenever we had a question, did not even bother to ask us anything. I live in Huntsville and Conroe has the closest tmobile, so definitely was a waste of time and gas. Will not recommend this store.

I recently purchased a new plan, phones and accessories for my company from this location and so far I have had excellent experiences with the associates. They were very helpful and informed. The store is comfortable and clean and the time spent there wasnt noticeable. The wait time was non-existent and the inventory is excellent. I made the mistake of ordering over the phone which was a headache and the employees did not work in my best interests. This store certainly did.

Went in to buy 2 samsung s7. Was told to come back next day to be eligible for Bogo on the phones. Great deal right. Salesman also said new lg tablet had 130 rebate making them 110. I got 2. Purchased phones the next day. 3 days later rebate promotions not working. Went by store, was told that they were sorry but the promotions had ended and my purchase was not eligible for any rebates. Or free phone. They refused to make good on the sale.

No one answers the phone. When I finally did get through to a person, they disconnected immediately. They dont attempt to help you, they just refer you to the customer service number (and the customer service number will suggest you go to a store for better service, so its a never ending circle). Employees are too busy talking, socializing, and playing on their own phones to assist you with yours.

Havent had an experience yet although I look forward to it....my 1 star post is for the posting online stating 9:00 OPENING WTF....i could have had breakfast at my house before I had to come up here and wait 1 hour.....the door said 10:00...you need to get your store hours straight considering MOST people look on the Internet for store hours.....I hope someone in corporate sees this thank you.

I just called this store and the lady that answered was so rude. I asked what her name was and she responded Bee. So I asked to speak with a manager, and she responded, I am a manager, I said, well you sound very rude. For someone to be a manager and sound so rude on the phone T Mobile needs to improve in choosing their Managing staff. The customer service this store has is indeed Horrible!

Terrible T-mobile store. They are fraudulent and take advantage of customers. I went shopping for a new plan with an Iphone and they tried to sell me two lines in a promo deal promising that I can cancel within 14 days. I walked into the store the next day and cancelled line 2. Three months later, I realized that Ive been charged for 2 lines and it was never cancelled. How fraudulent!!

Went in to this store to get a new phone for a family member. She was told that as a promotion she could receive two free items with her phone. Salesman installed a screen protector and handed her a bluetooth speaker. Next month her bill went up 75 dollars because she is being charged for the two free items. Sales personnel at this location cannot be trusted. Buyer beware!

Mandy was so amazingly helpful with explaining how I could change my plan to unlimited! It is honestly such a peace of mind to know that people like her are working at my carrier. All it took was a simple reset of my phone and my plan got changed to one that is perfect for me, and it barely took ten minutes! I highly recommend her!

do not go into this place for any sort of help with your tmobile phone or device. these people are sales only. very poor customer service. when I went for help there were 4 persons standing around , i was the only customer. I was told the 800 number to call for help. They said I could use their store phone. thanks
