When Sunny was management I would have given 10+ Platinum Stars, now since a guy name Sam or Sammy has taken over customer service is horrible, we have been loyal customers to this location for a long time, but now if you are speaking with one of them on the phone they will just disconnect the phone call on you to help whom ever enter the store and if you leave any electronic there to be fix they are more concerned with selling your possessions instead of connecting with you the customer in returning your property back to you, in my case I advised him I was just discharged from the hospital so I wasnt able to pick up my belongings right away and he didnt care, this store is just not the same anymore since Sunny sold the store, I will now be referring all my friends and family that I referred to this store to somewhere else..... Sad that Sunny is no longer there
