Did not have a great experience. I brought one of my childrens iPads in for a cracked screen repair. This was repaired quickly and looked good. He did not tell me until months later that when playing his games his characters move on their own. After some research I found this can happen with a screen repair. Another iPad needed its screen replaced so both were taken back. The first was passed the 30 day warranty,but they took it apart to look anyway and found no issue. The second was repaired. Now the characters move by themselves on both iPads. $300 spent to have them less useful than they were with a cracked screen. My boys just want to use them again and I am disappointed.

Stopped in to get my screen fixed on my iphone 5s. This location had the best price in the area. I called in and verified that they had the equipment and availability to replace the screen and showed up at my leisure on a Sunday afternoon. This location is a tony kiosk in the middle of a plaza, so its easy to overlook, but worth the visit. I waited for the repair for about an hour. The result looks like original condition. I have heard stories of scraped screens and glue and trouble with the home key after screen replacement, but this is not the case at all. I would recommend this location over the kiosks in the mall any day- legit!

Hugo and Logan are the most professional technicians...no doubt they know exactly what they are doing! I have had a terrible experience at the mall with Cellairis who not only does not back up their work but produces terrible repairs--my ipad mini screen was incorrect;y fixed and literally came off. Thank goodness for Dr. Cell Phone for coming to the rescue. Not only is the service and warranty work worth the expense of a repair but you know with confidence that it will be done perfectly. The good news is that if they cannot fix it, they know who to refer you to! I cannot brag enough about Dr. Cell Phone.

Unfortunately I have had several broken iPhone and iPad screens. But there is no person I trust more with my Apple screen issues than Hugo. Period. He has always been honest, reliable and dependable to get the job done right...by the time he said it would be complete. Today both Hugo and Juan were working - went out of their way to fix my phone on time and as economically as possible. A cracked phone sucks. But these guys can fix just about anything. I always tell them I hope to never see you again. Invariably something happens and I go to the only place that I trust.

Awful!!! I went to these guys a few times... But after my phone seemed to break more often then ever, I went to Houston iPhone Screen Repair instead. The lady was extremely helpful and guessed where Ive been getting it fixed. I asked her how she knew and she said because my screen was only attached with 3 screws!!! Usually theres around 8 that hold the screen together, and I bought my iPhone brand new. So you do the math. Theyre literally screwing people over by fixing their phones with less screws so that they break more often. Not going back again..

Okay so I took my sons phone to this place bc it wasnt charging. Soon as I got there the guy at the counter said I think I know what the problem is took it to the back came back and said "Its done." I asked him how much I owed him and he said "Nothing it just needed a good cleaning thats all." Any other place would of tried to rip me off or charged me for the trouble but not these guys they were so honest and awesome. The guy that helped me was Hugo but either him or Juan can help you. Thanks guys will definitely come back again.

I am very pleased with the prompt service and expert knowledge of the staff...specifically Hugo! They had my phone screen (that was DESTROYED beyond belief) very close to looking like new within less than 2 hours!! I am giving 4 stars only because I felt the cost for the new screen/repair was pretty high...but of course we pay these prices because we need our phones back ASAP! :) Excellent experience there. God forbid I need their services again, but I would return if I needed too.

Horrible experience! I am now out of an ipad after going here for a cracked screen. Their 1st attempt to fix it resulted in half the screen being dim. Then their attempt to fix that resulted in them having my ipad for a month sending it to several locations trying to find a tech who could repair it. Never called me with status updates. They finally told me it was irreparable and gave it back in pieces. Bad customer service combined with incompetence!

I wanted to share a story. We purchased a Groupon for another place. Said place did something very sketchy. Went to Hugo here at Dr. Cell Phone in The Woodlands and 1) he did it cheaper than my Groupon cost, and 2) he was extremely professional and thorough. Moral of story: Just because Groupon backs it, does not mean it will be quality work. Hugo gave us a 90-day warranty and won us over with his customer service. 5 stars.

They did great fixing my phone, but when it fell less than a foot high it cracked and they said that they wouldnt fix it because it doesnt have a system defect; but it does because when you swipe down from the top of the screen the event thing comes down half way and only shows half of it. But they wouldnt hear our story and they said that it had a warranty but never told us that it was just for system defects!!

These guys are awesome! I accidentally broke my samsung galaxy s5 screen in the morning gave them a call. They said they could get the screen replaced and had the parts in stock. Sure enough within an hour an a half they got the job done. My phone looks like new. They even hooked me up with some cool accessories... These highly specialized technicians know what they are doing... I highly recommend them!...

I got my Iphone 5s fixed at this location a week ago. I had the best service from Jeremy and Hugo. I came in with a horribly broken phone and they quickly took care of me since i walked through the door. The price was low and the repair was quick. Hugo and Jeremy definitely know what they are doing. Will definitely recommend to everyone i know and will come back if i break another phone. THANK YOU:D

Twice I have came to Dr. Cell Phone Woodlands and Spring and both time I have had excellent service. They were nice and broke down everything they would do and how they would go about repairing the issue. If you have an iPhone that is having some trouble I highly recommend you come check this place out. I saved a couple hundred dollars by not having to purchase new phone and coming here first.

I took my iPhone 6 here for a simple screen replacement and I left with a loose home button (which had no issue before the service). I asked Logan to take a look at the home button before I left and he came out saying that there was nothing he could do besides replace it, which Id have to pay for. I had high expectations after reading several good reviews, but I left unsatisfied.
