Evette helped us - she was awesome! We both were up for new phones and didnt want to increase our monthly bill. She was able to get both of our phones upgraded plus increase functionality of our plan all without increasing our monthly bill. I originally posted this 2 months ago - now changing from 5 stars to 1! After 2 weeks w/our new phones & plan (4GB/mth shared), we hit our data limit & had to pay $15 for 1GB. We learned that with the preset apps on the phones are set for automatic update, etc., so we had to configure our phones and turn off all the notifications, updates, etc. Then we get our 1st bill - which is $20/mth more than our old plan/phones, which wasnt supposed to be the case. Verizons only suggestion is to turn on something like protective mode, which slows down your data! So basically, we have fancy new phones that we cant use our phones like we used to unless we are on wifi - like streaming music (which I pay $9.99/mth for from Google Play), cant download new apps, etc.! And if I want to do all those things, Ill need to change my plan to 8GB/mth. (thats the only option after 4GB), which will cost another $20/mth - a total of $40/month MORE than our old phones/plan. I wish I would have just left it alone - I feel like weve gone back to 1992 when people worried about cell phone overages!! Oh, and the reason I dont change to another carrier is because Verizon does have the best coverage, which we need for both work/play...theyve got us over a barrel and are taking advantage of it. Ive been a Verizon customer for 25 years!!!

We used to pass another location and drive out of our way to come to this one because the customer service was truly top notch. Head and shoulders above the rest. Not anymore. It has slipped badly. Do not rely on anything youre told at this store--seriously, get a name, youll need it later. The next person you talk to will not help you unless you hang the last guy out to dry. Think of it like a secret password. Tell them to get on their little computer and look. They will not think of this without your help. Then, when they finally step up and honor what the last guy told you, expect to hear that Youre being extended a courtesy "just this once." Expect staggering arrogance. Remind your new friend that its a phone, not a Maserati. So many other stores out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one

Purchased a new phone and it wouldnt charge so took it back 3 hours later and the sales guy that sold it to me left for the day. So another associate asked if they could help me , so I told them the problem and basically she was saying that she wasnt the one that sold me the phone and that she couldnt do anything about it . Even though I had the receipt and asked just to swap it out for the same model and thats its , she was not polite whatsoever and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Ill do my business elsewhere next time !!!!!!

I went to repair a broken phone. The deeply incompetent people working there accidentally sent two phones, one to another city and one to my home. They were not able to fix the situation, although I brought it to their attention immediately. It was then my job to retrieve the phone and then return it. I found both the customer service representative that I worked with and the manager of the store to be rude and insulting. I had to endure endless mansplaining and they did as little as possible to make the situation better.

The salesman, Mike, said they were offering $100 rebate on the LG phone. I told him I was thinking about switching from Sprint. He said give me one minute. He left and came back and said his manager said they could give me credit up front on my bill of $100. Got my first bill, no credit. Went into the store and Mike says he doesnt know why he would tell me that. Manager said they couldnt give me credit. So be careful of false promises they give to get a sale!!

I went into this store with a defective phone that had been sent to me a week prior by the insurance company after my previous phone had been stolen -- the service was amazing and extremely helpful. I must admit that my attitude at the time of service was not the best, but the individual that assisted me with the issue (Alfred Hill) was able to make me laugh and calm down. Overall I would highly recommend this store to all Verizon customers in The Woodlands area!!

Waited for an hour for support for a call quality issue. After Brittany helped us, the phone would not send or receive calls. The phone is less than 10 days old and she said if we order a replacement we will get a REFURBISHED phone in about a month!!! She couldnt have appeared less interested in helping us if she tried. Andrea ( store manager) if your reading this, let me tell you your staff is terrible.

Stephan is the man!! He has helped us out wonderfully each visit. We made the mistake in going to Verizon off 2920 and Kirk. The lady there was the rudest most unprofessional worker I have encountered in a long time. Service was so terrible she reminded me google isnt just for bad reviews! Shout out to this Verizon in TW amd Stephan specifically. We will drive to this one from now on

I went there to add a line and program a new phone etc. I also had a few other things I wanted to do. David took care of everything. He was extremely patient and gave me an extraordinary service. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips as well. He didnt want to sell stuff or push a service/product - he was very professional.

Went in the other day to get a new iphone. Excellent customer service. Went in and it only took a couple minutes to get us paired up with a representative. Mike spent a good amount of time with us making sure that we had everything we needed. Easy and great experience!

This is a Verizon corporate store and they can do everything from accepting payments and plan changes to suggesting equipment for your future upgrade. Right next to the mall so its always a little bit busy but otherwise customer service is fantastic!

Better experience than I normally have with Verizon but overall they still are almost always misleading with the information that they tend to provide especially in store. Plus for some reason this store is always packed and seems like under manned.

Verizon Wireless has great coverage and I am proud to be a customer. That being said, the customer service at Verizon stores is absolutely atrocious. Seriously, do any of these employees go through any training?

Worst customer service ever. How long do I have to stand there for someone to acknowledge me? Apparently more than 30minutes. I was gonna buy a iphone for full price but ill take my business elsewhere

Was told my phone would last all day without a charge, I feel like I was told whatever I wanted to hear. Not the best service, not the worst. At least I got a phone with high megapixels.
