My phone has been freezing a lot and they no longer make HTC m8 so I was told to get a new phone through Jump and they would pay off what I owe. Well I have been going to different locations and nobody has the HTC m9 in stock so I drove from the Willowbrook area to this store and I loved how Miranda and the manager told me they had a situation where customer service told a client the same thing and now he is paying for 2 phones and they wouldnt want me in the same situation. I really appreciated that. Nobody else bothered to tell me that. I would gladly make the drive for these ladies to help me out again. Thank you! Extra points: they gave each of my girls a little toy car. They loved them! Thank you!

Walked in, 2 employees, 2 customers at the counter, 2 more ahead of me. While I waited in line listening, I was impressed by their knowledge of products and tmobiles service plans. They took their time, didnt sacrifice service for speed. Very polite and friendly. Even though I wasnt able to get my upgrade for the same deal online, the guy took his time to explain everything and even tried to help me with my current phone issue. Awesome customer service.

My phone just froze up and stopped working on Sunday night. Monday after work, I took it to this location. The manager (Couch) was very helpful and got the phone unlocked; he also provided me with written instructions for how to do it myself if it locks up again. Great service and friendly, provided the exact service I needed and quickly.

The wait was a little too long in my opinion. We visited in the afternoon on a Sunday with only two employees and there were two people ahead of us. When we finally talked to a rep they were not very helpful with what we were trying to accomplish. We ended up going to another location not too far away and got everything cleared up.

Didnt feel as clean as other cell phone stores in the area and though we were helped by a nice associate, they didnt seem as informed or helpful as Ive found at other cell phone stores in the area. Their answers seemed more surface level when I was hoping for a more clear, thorough understanding of the plans offered.

worst customer service weve had with a cellular service provider. we own Verizon and ATT where at least they Act like they care. Avoid like the plague, If you are set on using Tmobile try a different location
