Called to ask them if they could rebuild or sell a new battery for my mother-in-laws weedeater and chainsaw she bought from CVC. He said he may or may not be able to until he sees it. I explained that I live 40 away in Henderson and didnt want to drive that far without knowing it could be repaired. I asked him if he could go online to check. He then told me he has no Internet outside of store. Just their stores internal internet. 2017 and a National Chain Store without outside Internet service. NOT. I would have taken it better if he would have just told me, he didnt have time for me. Get real Batteries Plus, your ratings are trending downword. By the way, I have used your business from the day you opened.

Dropped my phone off on a Thursday for a lock button repair, was told it would be ready Friday afternoon. Then I call Friday afternoon and they tell me the part isnt In and it will be there Monday or Tuesday, so I call back on Wednesday to check on it and they say the part still isnt in and a different company is sending it to them and it Will be in on Friday and fixed that afternoon. I wait until Saturday and call to see if it is ready and at this point I am told they can no longer do this repair. They waited a week to finally tell me this and never even called me on any of those days to tell me what was going on! Terrible customer service.

This place has definitely lost my Buisness. I bought something here and have used it maybe a total of 4 times less than a few times each. When I went in to possibly see about exchanging it for the exact same one. I was immediately hit with the" we dont do warranties" by an older and extremely rude sales associate. Then has the nerve to tell me he has the same product and has never had a problem with it... well clearly you sold me a defective product. There lack of concern for their customers or willingness to stand behind the products that they sale in their store is just bad Buisness and I for one will not be going back.

These people are the rudest in town...never fails, every time I go in and ask a simple question.."do you have this", "do you have that". you either get a response that mirrors a grunt or a nothing at all, and when you try to make small talk, they respond with a "smart ass" answer. If i could find some of these oddball batteries anywhere else, i certainly would. The rudest establishment in all of town--by a landslide. I suggest you send your folks to some customer service training..ASAP.

I recently had a potentially awful experience with this Batteries Plus location. In attempting to repair my iPhone, a simple mistake lead to my phone being completely disabled. A lot of companies and people would attempt to hide the error, or push the responsibility off on others. The gentlemen at BP149 took responsibility and have made every effort to satisfy me. I can whole-heartedly recommend going to them for professionalism and service.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment online for 4/6/17 at 8:30 a.m when I get there the guy at the front ask me what Im in for. I told him I have an appointment at 8:30 for a screen replacement on my iPhone 6s+ he tells me no you dont the only appointment I have is at 11:30.... That gives him 3 hours to replace a screen on my phone that will only take 30 minutes max. I will never come back and waste my time here.

Got a phone call that the ordered parts were in. Whenever I went to pick it up the two guys said they didnt have the part. After telling them theyre the ones that called me the two employees said "well I guess we can ask the guy thats not here" why would they tell me they didnt have it before asking everyone? They then said they would call me back after he got back from his lunch. That was almost 2 hours ago.

I placed an order online for a battery for my LG G3 phone. (My phone was dead and I was told that a new battery was the only way to find out if the problem was the battery or the phone.) When I picked up my order, the man installed the battery and together we found that the problem was the phone, not the battery. I was promptly given a refund for the battery and I was on my way.

If you advertise We fix broken phones then you should, dont just make excuses for 3 weeks why a phone hasnt been fixed... If there is a delay on my Iphone 6s, dont wait for the customer to call or come by muliple times. A simple courtesy call will do... Most important, as a local business manager, it would help if this location lost the you need us- we dont need you attitude.

I have no idea how these folks stay in business. I have tried to do business with them a few times, and they are the RUDEST bunch Ive ever run across in ANY retail establishment! The Interstate folks, a short distance away, were just the opposite! Thank goodness!
