This place is shaddy and customer service is rude. They replaced my iphone screen with a cheap generic screen you can buy on ebay for 10.00. The new screen is cheap, so it scratches easily. Paid 150.00 for this repair. Decided to give them a second chance. Called to ask pricing on the Samsung G4, was quoted $159.00 installed. I said great and tried to pay over the phone in full so they could order the parts, well they said "we dont do payments over the phone". So wonderful I made a special trip through busy Broadway, show up at their store location, and the price was now $209.00. They told me their employee quoted the wrong price and that they were not honoring it. They are rude people, uncaring. Avoid this place unless you want to pay a crap load of money for a low quality screen that you can buy on ebay and replace yourself for 10 bucks. 1 star rating only because google does not allow a 0

The first experience was when I dropped my phone and broke my screen. They charge $100 but they are experienced and know their stuff, plus I dont think you can get good service including parts for less than $100. They are nice, good business, and they get your phone fixed very quickly! Second experience I remembered how good they were and after cracking my screen again I went and dropped it off. When I came back they told me it was unfixable having taken a look at it, and that I should buy a new phone. No Charge!! Best service Ive ever received from a phone repair shop, will buy from them and utilize them again in the future! Great Shop.

The day I received my new iPhone in the mail I foolishly took the SIM card out and later reinserted it without putting it in the tray first. So my SIM card was loose inside my phone and I couldnt get it back out. We went to the Verizon store and they couldnt get it out either, so we took it to Simply Mac but they couldnt remove it. I started to think I was going to have to ship my brand new phone back to the manufacturer. We decided to try one more time with iPhone ER and thankfully they were able to remove the card in just a few minutes. If I ever have a problem with my phone again Ill be going to iPhone ER first!!!

Avoid at all costs- Iphone 5 screen was broken- they replaced for $150 Got it back in worse condition: -Speaker phone did not function -Vibrated randomly -regular microphone made me sound like I was underwater- could not hold a conversation -Screen was falling out -Eventually screen stopped working -VOIDED MY APPLE WARRANTY I called them immediately after and told them what was happening. Brought the phone in and they wanted me to pay a discounted rate to replace screen. $120 AVOID AT ALL COSTS Brought phone into them

Ive used these guys twice now. Once for an iPad screen repair, and once for my phone repair. Neither repairs came out satisfactory. The first time the iPad screen came back looking like a child had done the screen repair, but I gave them another chance. I took my phone to them regarding a sim card reading issue, but issue was not fixed and my money was not refunded. These guys may be ok for simple phone screen repairs but I do not recommend them for anything more than that.

So so helpful really appreciate the service I received super nice and fast. My phone was on a restarting loop after an update request, was told by cell phone service that they couldnt fix, went to simple mac was told it would have to be sent off to be fix for $360 ( I bought the phone for $380), finally came here not only were they nice they fixed my phone right away for only $20. I would definable recommend them as your first stop or second opinion helped so much!

Broke my Iphone and lost the home button. All I needed was some info off the phone and they went above and beyond. They not only showed me how to get the info I needed off of my phone, but they showed me how I could basically still use the phone as my main phone if I wanted too. ALL FOR NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS A 30 second fix I didnt know about. They were also really nice about all the questions I had afterward. Highly recomend

I dont really leave reviews on google but this guys did some great fixing my iPhone that Verizon told me that I was dead. They were able to fix it for a reasonable price but also they help me set up my account. I thought I had lost all my pictures and to me pictures are worth everything to me. Thank you Kain and Jose I will come back again really really nice guys. Glad they are here to help people like me.

my phone was cracked really bad , my home button was falling off( eventually fell off) & it had slight water damage . but luckily I called these helpful people & they fixed my screen & replaced my battery With no problem, really cheap & convient !!! the wait wasnt long I just checked up 3 or 4 times & they kept me updaated with no issue. Way better than buying another iPhone 6 !!!

Definitely lost my business. Got iPhone 5s screen replaced. The phone came back with a cheaper screen that cracked while I was putting it in the case. Also, the head phone jack was not working, fingerprint ID did not work and the vibrate was sporadic. Took the phone back in and all the guy could tell me was no refunds. Do NOT bother wasting your money there, go elsewhere!

This guys are great they unlock, my phone from att so I could use it with Verizon. They didnt charge me a lot. Pretty reasonable price and they also transferred my information from one phone to another phone. I got recommended by Verizon wireless. They sure know how to make people happy and welcome at this iphone er. Thank you Jose and kain.

This place is absolutely amazing ! I was scared to go with them at first because usually when my phone breaks I just file with insurance, which is usually around 250$, yikes. But they repaired it for me, quickly and answered all of my questions ( and I had several ). Theyre very nice and I would suggest them to anyone with a broken phone.

Solid customer service. Broke the screen on my Galaxy S6 and they were able to order the replacement parts and fixed it. Waiting was not an issue because they were able to transfer my SIM card to an older, backup phone that I had. They earned my business as a repeat customer if I need anything that is phone equipment/repair related.

Great group of guys. I was helped by Kain, kinda funny since my name is Abel. I would absolutely return for help on my devices. Highly recommend because they are honest and their prices are reasonable. Like going to a good mechanic, finding quality electronic repairmen can be tough. Rest assured, youll be in good hands here.

There was a slight mess up when they fixed my phone but they worked with me to try and get it fixed. My phone was still under warranty so I got it fixed through apple but They did offer to fix it for free and were super helpful and responsive! Its always good when a business owns up to their mistakes and tries to fix them.
