Stay away from cricket!! Was going to switch my family to Cricket wireless to save some $$. However Cricket "ported/moved" my phone prior to getting my SIM Card thus to my surprise I have no service. The representative at Cricket tried to assure me that cricket would never do such a thing and that my current provider was at fault. And after my waisted hour with cricket I called my current provider (At&T) and after hour call with AT&T (my current provider) it was determined that it was Crickets mistake and they had ported my phone to their service...rrrrrrr. So before I even got started with Cricket I have decided Cricket Wireless are not for me or my family and if you dont want lies and unreasonably poor customer service and long waits for customer service trust me this is not the provider for you either.

An absolute rip off! I purchased a new phone and SIM card last night. The phone worked for 2-3 hours then quit recognizing the SIM card. I went to the SAME STORE today to get the problem fixed AND to purchase another new phone and ADDITIONAL LINE (that would be the 8th line for my family!) The sales person took the card out and noticed it was bent. She told me that I would have to buy a new SIM card for $10. When I said that was unacceptable, she said she would be kind enough to waive another $25 activation fee....... SERIOUSLY????!!!!! There is no such thing as customer service with this store for sure.......and based on other reviews......its starting to sound like the problem is company-wide!
