Super rude. I called and asked about repairing my s6 active phone and when they returned with a possible quote of $300 I replied just out of shocked "wow, oh my gosh," and he raised his voice and said "what do you mean oh my gosh?! Anywhere else would charge you $450. If you want to get a new phone then youre looking at $800, if you have $500 just laying around I guess thats your business. Phones and cracked screens dont mix" and continued down this long lecture that I didnt ask for whatsoever. I dont know which employee it was, but his tone and reply was very disrespectful and condescending. To employee: I recommend you learn some customer service because there are a thousand other repair shops around Houston, that I will now be looking to. Sad because B&B sent me your way and I would have been able to pay that much, but I dont do business with rude people.

I just called in to talk with a so called "technician" to discuss a problem Im having with a phone I purchased online. I was trying to explain the things I had already done and tried to fix the issue. I was met with seething rudeness and condescension, the likes of which I have never experienced. A man got on the phone and started saying "bah bah bah .... we cant help you" cutting me off half way through my explanation. Worst customer service experience of my life. These people are criminals who basically buy stolen phones and jail break/hack them. They are predators who prey on people who are not very tech savy. If I could rate them at half a star I would. Awful.... just awful.

I got to say this guy was pretty amazing towards the end I understand hes relying on others but at the end he took it into his own hands and did amazing customer service. I went through a lot with this company but at the end he did a amazing job and also gave me a free gift, really courteous guy and kept his word. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Mike. Mike if you or any of your employees lose your keys or your key doesnt want to work for any other reason for your house, commercial or automotive. Give me a call Ill be more than happy to come out and help you out and I can especially beat everybodys prices for you. I can return the favor.

I am once again, blown away by the knowledge and professionalism of CPR. Robert at the Sugarland location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my Samsung Galaxy phone which started out with a simple charging port issue and became a debacle because ANOTHER cell phone repair place wasnt careful - Anyway, even though its a drive for me, I will NEVER go anywhere but CPR again. I was extremely satisfied with emergency repairs made at their Lewisville, Texas store in October and now am a solid, forever customer of the Sugarland store here in my hometown. Thank you CPR and Robert. You put the other guys to shame.

I went to this shop to fix my LG G2 which had a cracked screen. I received my phone back in working order, but I noticed there was still a small issue, which can happen when repairing anything (especially technology). I talked to Mike and he agreed to fix it. Its important to find a shop that not only does the work, but cares enough about their customers to make things right if there are still minor issues. After dealing with Mike, I would recommend this place over any of the other repair shops in the area. Thank you CPR Cell Phone!

As usual, the issue with my cell phone was dealt with and corrected very quickly. Its obvious that these folks are more interested in building a reputation for fairness and great service, rather than taking advantage of their customers naivete and making a a quick buck. I wish that more businesses adopted their philosophy. I tell everyone I know that CPR Sugar Land is the ONLY place to get a cell phone repair done the right way. Thanks again.

Took my daughters iPhone 5c into for repairs. They quoted a very reasonable price. My son was going to eventually get the phone, so they gave us the option to change the case color. I have recommended to others and everyone was been extremely happy with their price and speed of the repair. Much high quality repair than other places or the mall booths.
