I went to the metro pcs location 24551 TX-494 Loop #105, Kingwood, TX 77339 and had a very bad experience. I went there two months ago to get a screen protector for my phone and it fit just great, I was very happy. I went to day to get it replaced the lady swiped my debit card then puts a screen protector on when I get the phone back it was not the same screen protector that was on the phone and does not cover the whole phone face and was peeling on the edges all the way around and would not stay on my phone, the lady should had told me that the protector was not the same and I would not have bought the protector. I would have gone some place that had the one I had on my phone. When I pointed out that the new protector was not the same the lady told us that was all she had and that the store has never had any other protector. That is not true as we had bought the protector she had just pulled of the phone there 2 months ago! She didnt even try to make it right or offer any compensation or refund. When I called the store to speak to a manager or owner no one answered. I called several times then she finally answered and I ask to get a number to the owner she said no and I asked for a manager she said was the manager so I went through the whole spill again. Then she told me that the protector I wanted was discontinued and that I could go to any store and they would say the same thing and they wouldnt have what I want. So then I went to the New Caney location 20851 FM 1485, New Caney, TX 77357 and told that lady every thing that happened and she HAD the screen protector I needed! She had 5 of them! So I again had to pay 15 dollars to get a screen protector that I should have only had to pay once for! Then I drove back to the other location to show her she was wrong and ask for a refund that she was in the wrong and she told me no. I asked again for a higher up and a number for the owner and she refused again. I feel that I should be able to get that 15 dollar refunded. I will not go back to the first location again.

I went in to pay my bill on a Wed and purchase a new wallet case. All was well, transaction complete. I asked him to put it on my phone and the case DID NOT FIT MY PHONE. He ASSURED me that he would have it by Monday of the following week. I waited a few days and my husband to go up there and he insisted no refunds. It is not a refund if the seller sold the wrong product. I want the case I bought. They have a few days and I will be calling the BBB, local news channels and Metro PCS licensing!
