My local store in Kingwood/Humble did not have the battery in stock but they called me immediately to inform me. They ordered my battery and gave me a date when to expect the battery in store. True to their word, they called immediately to tell me it was available. Went to pick up the battery and all went well. Cant say enough about how neat and clean the store was. Great experience with the website, the customer service and the physical store.

I bought two golf cart batteries at another store that failed well before the 1 year warranty expired. This store tested the batteries and confirmed they were bad but refused to honor the warranty, claiming its up to the individual franchise whether they choose to honor that warranty. So essentially any warranty from Batteries Plus is good only at the store where you purchase a warranted item. Thats ludicrous.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. We were a able to recycle our old light bulbs with then and find out that they sell golf cart batteries and will be coming back hopefully soon.
