They were very helpful finding the right phone for me when I was ready to upgrade, and when the one I got ended up having a defect, the exchanging process was easy. I did have to buy a second screen protector though which was a little annoying because the exchange was not my fault.

They have no display phones. They been saying they will fix for months but havent fixed yet. Sales people are nice but the display is bad and dont have a lot of phones in stock
