Update: they have since fixed the phone. They even called when worried about search info on the loaner phone. As a mother i really appreciated their concernfor my daughters wellbeing. My daughters iPhone 6 needed a new screen, the phone itself was working perfectly. We took the phone in and they told us it would be ready in one hour. 6 hours later they tell us that they didnt have time to get to it, to pick it up in the morning. 6 days later they say the phone is ready. Pick up the phone, they charge us almost double what they quoted and now the camera is not working. He replaces the camera twice still cant fix it, says he will order the part and have the phone ready in the morning. 7 days later they tell us the mother board is fried and there is nothing they can do. After much discussion that it worked fine when we brought it in, they gave us a new phone. But we were unable to get any contacts or photos because they screwed the motherboard up so bad that we could not retrieve any data. New phone in hand, not so much, a beat up refurbished phone. After 48 hours and a system update, the phone will not stay charged unless it is plugged in 24/7. Go back to tell them about the new situation they tell us that it will take 2 days to replace the battery!

I had these guys replace my broken screen. I paid extra for the best screen I could get next to OEM. The screen went out after 2 weeks. I doubt it was their fault. Regardless, they replaced it no questions asked. They had the job done in 24 hours each time and worked on Sunday too.
