PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE! I had an iPhone 5 64gb that started loosing signal, I took it to them and left it there. After 2 weeks of them not calling me back (me calling every other day) I decided to go and check on my phone, when I asked about my phone they hadnt even checked it! A week later they told me my phone had a logic board issue. I paid ($250) them and a week later they gave me my phone. I checked the phone and they gave me a 16gb phone! So I returned and told them and they told me they were sorry and told me they would fix it, I denied and asked for my phone and my money back. They couldnt find my phone!!!! They kept me waiting 4 more weeks till they finally gave me A phone back! THEY DIDNT EVEN RETURN ME MY PHONE! They gave me an iPhone 5C 32gb! These are horrible people that overcharge and dont even do a good job! Go somewhere else or better yet! Do it yourself! I fix phones now on my free time and I can tell you that all they needed to do to fix my phone was to switch a flex cable (cost $12) that goes to the antenna! They are a big rip off!

I had a Samsung S4 in which they replaced a charging port. I was charged $65.00 plus taxes and the repair lasted less than 2 weeks. When I called to discuss it with them, I was called names and treated very unprofessionally. To be clear, I never raised my voice, never called the person any names, nor did I act inappropriately. I never even asked them for a refund, just called to let them know that their repair did not last for even 2 weeks of normal adult use. An additional note is that the phone was inspected by a Verizon company representative yesterday, and I was complimented on the overall condition of the phone, as it was inspected for damage (including the port) before they were willing to replace it under insurance. Needless to say, I will not be using Cole Cellular nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

My experience here was very peasant. I called them on Wednesday to find out if they could repair my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The back of the phone was cracked. They told me that they could repair it but would have to order the replacement part and that they could have it by Friday. On Friday I came in and they were able to fix my phone within about 10-15 minutes. They charged me $50 even and that seemed reasonable to me considering my phone insurance was going to charge me a $125 deductible. The guys working here were friendly and welcoming. If I need phone repairs done again I will come back.

Im not a happy customer. I dropped off my Wilson cellphone booster to figure out why it wont pwr up. They said it was the pwr cord. Took them over a month to order the cord that never came in. I felt like every time I called which was 1nce a wk they had forgotten, had some excuse or ill call u back after they call the vendors which never happened. The communication was bad and showed no concern for my well being when I picked up my unit.

Bring your own KY before dealing with these people. They will lie to you about what they sell ( aftermarket sold as OEM ). Then charge INSANE prices for them. 150% over other local prices. The statement " Im the only one you get this from today " just guarantied that Coles will see another penny from my pocket and will make a point to tell the world to STAY AWAY FROM COLES CELLULAR.

terrible service.. my phone was there for literally over 4 weeks. never got a call back to my continued calls. finally went in and he had a hard time finding it!! only to find out that it wasnt even looked at. luckily i saw the place down the street (cellutions i think its called). had my phone fixed in 3 days. wont recommend cole cellular to anyone

This family BIZ has been in Tyler nearly Forever! They know it all and can do it all. Fix your broken iphone (cheap!). Put a repeater in your home so your signal is much stronger: they can do it. Sales and Service is the best at Cole cellular. The place is full of repeat customers. Too bad theres not six stars to give :-)

Literally anyone is better than these guys. Their prices are much higher than everyone else in town, theyre totally unorganized, and their screen material is as bottom of the barrel as you can get. I would never refer anyone to go here.

I needed a back up battery for my phone and an SD card. They ended up selling me "refurbished" components. I returned the battery a few weeks later because it kept failing at 20%, and now my SD card has failed completely.

iPhone 6 plus developed "touch disease" - took it in yesterday and was told its ready for pick up today - they charged $20 less than what Apple would charge and had it finished within 24 hours. As of now, 5 stars.
